We are providing consulting and in house project implementation for engineers. Our website is promoting services of engineers for home improvement and obligatory regulations certificates for home. I deal with project management and marketing strategy

We were looking for an agency to design and develop our new site . We wanted to describe our needs and meet our expectations for a startup business and a fast growing company .

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched mostly online and through contacts at venues for agencies to develop our new website. We sorted down our options and our main factor for choosing Digital Challenge was good communication & realistic approaches for our project goals. Finally we decided to go on with a Wordpress setup for our project.

We had a start meeting for noting down the needs of our project. After that we gave most of the data and material required for developing the website and shortly the works begun for the implementation of the project

A project manager who was in charge of all the directing and managerial process and his team for web development

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are at the very fresh start at the moment and we do not have measurable results for the time being. We have good enough results for the uptime response and site functionality so far. A very strong advantage is also its easy management through Wordpress and the instructive video for all of its functions that Digital Challenge created only for us.

We had mostly communication through email and phone calls but at our second phase of co- operation the agency has an easy to use CRM -ticket system.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us a very professional result and they were very open to explaining and describing the processes and the practical issues or problems by strong- based statements.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Probably one area of improvement would be the response rate from some departments,

Our goal was to create a modern, well organised site for our business that could attract clients in a time-frame of less than 3 months. The expected outcome was to boost the revenues from bookings initially, with the aim our website to be the primary and eventually the only sales channel without involving third parties.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Given the fact that we are greek speakers, we made a web research for companies that are active in the Greek territory as we needed to be able to design the site in the native language. After reviewing opinions & comments on the web from previous clients, we decided to contact 3 companies. We went for Digital Challenge enterprise as we were impressed by them mainly for 3 reasons:

• Unambiguous instructions on how-to-proceed and future steps
• Deadline commitment

After a couple of meetings to discuss the deadlines to reach and our goals and ideas, we received the initial design for the structure of the website and what will be required from us next.

After our feedback of what we liked or not, then digital challenge team proceeded with some adjustments and changes.

Once we validated and confirmed that we liked the format, we were asked to provide all the essential information & details (such as our logo, photos, texts to appear, etc). Moreover, they have added all the necessary fields we wanted (integration of booking calendar, contact us form) and they came back to us with the new site.

In total we worked with 3 people; the CEO, one designer and a graphic designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We managed to have a new site ready in less than 1.5 month, without being anxious at all as the process steps were clear from the beginning and the timetables were followed to the fullest. The great success is that we will have our site up & running before the summer season starts; something that seemed like an illusion in the beginning of the year.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

CEO was easy to communicate and was the first to contact us to share the updates of the project. We had frequent email exchange and few Skype calls due to the distance and Covid measures. The delivery dates were met 100% and we were always ahead of the scheduled plan, something that made us calmer about the outcome.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Professionalism, automated processes, clear ideas & instructions, precision, consistency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I am really satisfied and honestly cannot comment something. Quality is great, delivery was on-time and fast, we will even continue our collaboration with digital marketing and promotion.
