The scope of work that was agreed upon with the web development company was to create a high-quality online language platform for my business. The platform was to include a range of services, such as online lesson booking, the ability for students to complete their lessons within the website, and students and tutor dashboards.

An online calendar was also to be integrated into the platform for easy booking. The key deliverables that were agreed upon included the development of a robust platform that would meet the needs of my business and provide an excellent UX for both students and tutors. The platform was expected to include all the features that were discussed during the initial consultations and that were agreed upon in the contract.

 These included features such as the ability for students to rate their tutors after each lesson, access to student performance statistics, and seamless integration with Zoom video conferencing. Overall, the scope of work was to create a fully functional, user-friendly, and reliable online language platform that would meet the needs of my business and provide a top-quality experience for students and tutors alike.

Unfortunately, due to the issues and problems encountered with the platform, there were limited measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrated progress or success. In fact, the delays and technical issues experienced during the project had a significant negative impact on my business, resulting in the loss of potential students and revenue. 

While some progress was made during the project, such as the initial design and development of the platform, these successes were overshadowed by the numerous issues that were encountered. The platform was not delivered on time, which resulted in the loss of numerous potential students who were seeking to begin their language studies at the start of the study season.

 Additionally, key features that were discussed and agreed upon, such as the ability for students to rate their tutors and access to student performance statistics, were not included in the final product. Furthermore, technical issues with the Zoom integration on the website were not resolved in a timely manner, resulting in the loss of students and inadequate technical support. 

The company's inability to provide the agreed-upon services and support resulted in a significant setback for my business, making it difficult to measure any significant progress or success. Overall, the lack of measurable outcomes from the project, combined with the numerous issues and problems encountered, demonstrate that the project fell short of the expectations that were set at the outset of the engagement.

The project management by the web development company was subpar and did not meet my expectations. The company did not deliver items on time, which resulted in significant delays and caused me to lose potential students and revenue. Furthermore, the company did not respond promptly or effectively to my needs, which resulted in a lack of progress and communication throughout the project. 

During the course of the project, there were several occasions where deadlines were not met, and items were delivered late. This caused me significant frustration and added stress, as I had to constantly follow up with the company to get updates on the progress of the project. 

Additionally, the lack of transparency and communication from the company regarding the reasons for the delays made it difficult for me to plan and make decisions for my business. In terms of their responsiveness to my needs, I found the company to be inadequate. Despite my requests for technical support and assistance, the company did not respond promptly or effectively to my needs. 

The support tickets that I opened remained open and unresolved for extended periods of time, which resulted in me seeking outside assistance to resolve the issues that I faced. Additionally, when technical support was provided, it was often inadequate and failed to address the root cause of the problems that I faced. 

Overall, the project management by the web development company was subpar, and their inability to deliver items on time and respond promptly and effectively to my needs caused significant frustration and setbacks for my business.

Unfortunately, I did not find anything impressive or unique about this company. While there were positive experiences I had with their team during the course of the project, the overall quality of their work and their ability to meet my expectations fell short of what I was expecting. In fact, the issues and problems I encountered during the project had a significant negative impact on my business and resulted in significant losses.

 While I appreciated their willingness to communicate and work with me to resolve issues, the lack of progress and communication during the project made it difficult to find anything impressive or unique about their services. 

The company was unable to provide the agreed-upon services and support, which resulted in a subpar product and significant inconvenience and expense for my business. Overall, I did not find anything impressive or unique about this company, and my experience with them was subpar and did not meet my expectations.

Yes, there are several areas for improvement that Digital Challenge_ could have addressed to improve my experience with their company. 

Clearer communication: The company could have communicated more effectively with me during the course of the project. Specifically, they could have provided more frequent updates on the progress of the project and been more transparent about any issues or challenges that arose.

 Improved project management: The company could have managed the project more effectively to ensure that items were delivered on time and that there were no significant delays. This would have reduced the frustration and stress that I experienced during the project and helped to mitigate the negative impact on my business. 

More effective technical support: The company could have provided more effective technical support to address the issues and problems that I encountered during the project. This would have helped to minimize the inconvenience and expense that I faced as a result of seeking outside assistance. 

Adherence to agreed-upon features: The company could have ensured that all the agreed-upon features were included in the final product. Specifically, the ability for students to rate their tutors and access to student performance statistics were crucial features that were not included in the platform, which was a significant disappointment.

Overall, there were several areas for improvement that Digital Challenge_ could have addressed to improve my experience with their company. Had these issues been addressed, it is likely that my experience would have been more positive, and my business would have been better served by their services.

From the begining of the company on 1979 until now, we had minimum online presentation. We decided to start an ecomerce shop to expand our customer list, reach more people and grow our brand.

After many dicusions with many web developers and teams, I found myself a little lost on the procedure. Until one night I read a big but simple article about the steps needed to create an ecomerce store, where to start, how to run that path. It was was the most helpful moment I had so far. That article was from the Blog of Digital Challenge. I knew that they are the guys for me.

They created my ecomerce shop on Woocomerce in no time, guiding me and explaining to me every step. We used ClickUp for everyday communication, emails and phone calls when needed.

My main contact during the setup was the main web developer and project manager. Later I worked with marketing consultants, and of course the finance department.

It has been only two weeks since the site launched so I don't have any measurable outcomes. I can only tell that people love it so far and find it very easy to navigate to. To the feature, I will update my review if I have the option.

For every day communication we used ClickUp. We also had many zoom cals, daily emails. And of course our first and second meetings, including the Manager/Owner and the Web Developer / Project manager, were face to face.

The outcome was better than I had imagined! The fast responding of every member of the team to any issue. The time that the took to explain everything. The many advice that they are still giving. The kindness of everyone. Truly great partners to have.
