Digital Challenge designed our logo and website. I provided information, photos, and text, and they built the site from scratch. The team showed me a draft, which was nearly the same as the final product.

We needed help with our e-commerce website’s redesign and digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digital Challenge has helped us change our e-commerce website’s theme, update our payment and delivery methods, reorganize our categories, and create a blog. The team has also prepared a customer database and linked our website to Google and social media. Regarding digital marketing, Digital Challenge has managed our Google Ads, Meta Ads, email campaigns, and blog posts.

How did you come to work with Digital Challenge?

I was participating in a WordPress developers’ forum and came across a comment from Dimitrios. I liked what I read and sent him a message on Facebook. Our first conversation went very well; we understood each other, and I felt we could communicate and collaborate without problems.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Digital Challenge in May 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen an increase in customers in our e-commerce website and physical store. We’ve also seen a 10% increase in revenue for the first month of advertising compared to the respective month last year. In addition, we’ve seen a lower CPC, more impressions, more clicks, more sales through Google, and more phone calls.

How did Digital Challenge perform from a project management standpoint?

Digital Challenge has been very organized, skilled, and quick. The team has delivered on time despite some internal problems they’ve faced along the way. We primarily use Facebook Messenger to communicate.
