Tamam partnered with Digital Bunch to lead a full brand revamp and digital experience transformation. 
The collaboration covered:

Brand Identity Revamp: Redefining Tamam’s visual identity, tone of voice, and design system to reflect its position as a leading, trusted, and innovative fintech brand.

App Experience Redesign: Enhancing the user journey and interface across the Tamam mobile app to deliver a seamless, intuitive, and engaging experience.
Website Redesign: Developing a modern, responsive, and content-rich website that communicates Tamam’s services, values, and offerings clearly while aligning with the new brand identity.

This end-to-end project unified Tamam’s digital ecosystem under a refreshed, customer-centric brand built for growth and scalability.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The brand revamp achieved remarkable results both internally and externally. Everyone immediately felt the difference between the old and new brand, not only in look and feel but also in perception. The shift was evident: people started to love the brand, engage with it more positively, and most importantly, trust it.

Digital Bunch successfully solved the core challenge we hired them for transforming Tamam’s image from a functional finance app into a trusted, human, and admired brand that people are proud to associate with.

Knowledge and exploration of a given topic, innovation in creating new solutions with very high stability of the implemented solutions and their flexibility.

It's hard to say. Our industry has evolved very quickly in these more than 2 years, there was the turmoil of the pandemic, then the armed conflict across the eastern border. Over these years, the initially small project has grown a lot, and all the time, thanks to the support of The Digital Bunch, we are able to adapt very quickly to new realities.

We needed help with code development in addition to our in house engineering effort. Digital Bunch was tasked with developing a few features in NodeJS (NestJS), help with deployment, ReactJS and API integrations with some SAAS applications. The scope of the work was pretty fluid with deliverables changing every month.

• We have weekly sprints with different deliverables every week and Digital Bunch is able to deliver on the assigned tasks

Even though Sprints help with tasks, we constantly have tasks that pop up that need immediate attention. Digital Bunch is able to deliver those tasks as well. In cases where there is not enough bandwidth, Digital Bunch is clear in their communication and able to set clear expectations.

KPIs were set up to measure no of pts achived thru social media company physically in the clinic, we also measured no of followers on FB and Instagram.

We had 1:1 calls every Monday to catch up with current work and exchange ideas, or comment social medial campaigns.

They were creative, client-focused, and attentive to our needs.

Team is still young and CEO should improve their leadership skills. It would allow them to work without control from management team.
