Digital Bunch was responsible for creating SODA Festival's complete brand ecosystem, from strategy to execution. The scope of work included brand positioning, naming support, logo design, visual identity development, and the creation of comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. They also designed and developed the festival's website, focusing on an intuitive user experience, responsive design, ticketing integration, speaker and event presentation, and content management. The final deliverables included a complete visual identity system, logo suite, color palette, typography, brand assets, website UI/UX, front-end and back-end development, and a fully functional website ready to support the launch and growth of the festival.

The new brand identity helped establish SODA Festival as a recognizable international event, attracting attendees, speakers, and partners from around the world. The website successfully supported the festival launch by providing a seamless user experience and ticket purchasing process, contributing to over 350 attendees at the first edition, more than 2 million social media impressions, and coverage from major Italian media outlets including RAI and Il Mattino. The cohesive branding also strengthened sponsor engagement and laid the foundation for the festival's continued growth into its second edition.

We hired The Digital Bunch for a complete rebrand of two projectsand they've been instrumental in transforming our brand from outdated to best-in-class.

The scope included strategy and discovery work upfront, followed by a full rebranding across everything: webiste design for 4 sites (including two event microsites), internal documentation, presentation templates, email templates, creative assets, business cards, and product branding guidelines. They also developed video assets to support our new brand direction.

Our goal was to shift from a traditional construction software look to something modern, sleek, and aspirational. The Digital Bunch nailed it. The rebrand has completely elevated how we're perceived in the market.

Beyond the initial deliverables, they provide ongoing support including website adjustments, maintenance, and SEO optimization, which has been invaluable as we continue to evolve.

It's hard to say. Our industry has evolved very quickly in these more than 2 years, there was the turmoil of the pandemic, then the armed conflict across the eastern border. The scope of the work was pretty fluid with deliverables changing every month.

• We have weekly sprints with different deliverables every week and Digital Bunch is able to deliver on the assigned tasks

Even though Sprints help with tasks, we constantly have tasks that pop up that need immediate attention. Digital Bunch is able to deliver those tasks as well. In cases where there is not enough bandwidth, Digital Bunch is clear in their communication and able to set clear expectations.
