They have helped us create a lot of landing pages on our website. They take care of a good part of the web content that we require that our internal team can’t fulfill. We explained exactly what we were looking for. We took them through what our company stands for and what we deliver. They quickly understood our business model and the team was very agile when it came to adapting to our business model. After the initial strategy call, they just started working as a supplement to our internal team. We considered them a part of our internal team working remotely.

We measure their content marketing initiatives through Google Analytics and our own analytics tools. Our engagement rate is better than it was when we started. We’re using basic project management tools on the content marketing side. There’s a time difference so the communication has been a bit challenging. We use Skype, Asana, and Trello for communication and task management, and the workflow is well-organized. Once we add our requirements to Asana, we can forget about them. We know that Aditya Bhavsar will take care of everything.

Then, they began setting up audiences on various social media platforms,creating high-level campaigns, ad sets, and individual ads.

For email marketing, it was a similar situation, with a lot of initial communication about our business to lay the groundwork. We communicate on a regular basis to discuss new sales and services, as well as performance of ads and other marketing. Aditya Bhavsar Int. takes care to keep our ROAS high by pouring more into high-performing campaigns, target audiences, regions (etc) and swapping or re-testing under-performing campaigns.

For email marketing, the automations Aditya Bhavsar Int. have created (and which continue to be expanded and refined) are providing an ROI (as of last month) of about 6.4x, which is superb.

We expect this to increase further as we build out more automations and targeted campaigns. For Social media, we went from spending less than $1000 a month (with great results) to about $10k a month, with ROAS between 5-6x.

We've had an efficient workflow with Aditya Bhavsar Int. working mainly via email on an 'as needed' basis to avoid lengthy or unnecessary meetings and discussions. We do have one brief call with all team members once a month to go over strategy, but otherwise, the workflow is streamlined.
