I’m the GM of Boon Software, an IT company that provides cloud-based logistics and supply chain management solutions. We offer tools for warehouse, transportation, and order management to help businesses optimize operations and achieve real-time visibility across Asia.

We hired Digisoft Solution for a corporate website redesign.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digisoft Solution was responsible for delivering a comprehensive website enhancement project. The work covered both creative design and technical implementation, ensuring a seamless transition to a new WordPress framework while maintaining existing SEO performance and website integrity.

Initially, we asked them to redesign the website layout inspired by Apollo Supply Chain, adapting it to our brand identity and color system. We also asked them to propose an updated color palette, typography, and page layout hierarchy for a modern, professional look.

Moreover, they replaced outdated images and graphics with high-quality, brand-consistent visuals aligned with logistics and technology themes. For the homepage design, we asked them to retain a hero carousel feature to showcase multiple banner images, maintaining the dynamic visual presentation currently implemented on our website.

Additionally, we asked them to introduce a language switcher and geo-defaulting capability so visitors from Indonesia would automatically view the site in Bahasa Indonesia, while all other regions would default to English. We only published the English version initially, with the Bahasa version to follow in a later phase.

After delivering the initial UI/UX mock-ups for the home, solutions, products, industries, about, blog, and contact pages, we asked them to proceed to full implementation upon our approval.

For the next phase, we asked them to enhance multi-channel contact integration. The new website featured a persistent, floating contact widget accessible from all pages, combining multiple communication options in one expandable interface. The widget included an email/inquiry form link, a WhatsApp click-to-chat, a phone/callback option, and a demo request or sales inquiry shortcut.

Moreover, the widget was mobile-responsive, lightweight, and loaded asynchronously to prevent any performance impact. Its color, iconography, and positioning aligned with our brand identity and page layout.

After that, we asked them to implement the approved design within WordPress (Elementor Pro or equivalent builder). They migrated all existing content (pages, blogs, media, and metadata) while preserving URLs, meta titles, and descriptions to protect our Google ranking. They also configured a user-friendly content management environment for future internal updates.

Before migration, they submitted a detailed SEO continuity strategy for review and approval, describing how ranking signals, backlinks, and indexing would be maintained. They optimized Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID) for superior page speed and responsiveness. They also minified and compressed JS/CSS, converted images to WebP, and configured caching and CDN.

Finally, they implemented structured SEO metadata and schema (JSON-LD) for key pages. They set up and validated Google Analytics and Search Console for post-launch monitoring.
