I am the founder of Mega Weddings & Events.

For what projects/services did your company hire DigiSmiths.com?

Our website was outdated. it was build on old technologies, also our website was not opening on Mobile correctly. We hired DigiSmiths to revamp our website with modern technologies and responsive design.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We got to know about Digismiths through a known reference. We saw their website and their work. The quality of work was one of the factor for hiring them. The key factor for hiring DigiSmiths was they assurance to build the website on an platform where we can make future changes ourselves.

We have several meeting with them regarding our business requirements for website. Within few days we got the sitemap. We had several discussion with them regarding layout and design of the website. After finalizing the design, they started sending us webpages for for our approval until the website is finished.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

we worked with 3 person. project head, web designers, and content writer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website is now designed with latest technology, compatible with all screen devices. Our website also has smooth animations. the design is suitable for wedding and event industry. we are happy with the results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We used Microsoft teams for collaboration and review. it we a little difficult in the beginning but after a while we had no problems.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

their web design is very industry specific. They listened to our inputs and built our website with our vision in mind.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

we got better than we expected, we do not have any feedback on improvements on their work.

taken digismiths service for a great logo design

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used. 

digismiths listened to us as in what all we were looking, colors required in the logo, accordingly they took 2 weeks to come to back to us wit 3/4 options, by just doing few tweeks we were able to finalize one logo. I thank the entire team for this.

Can you share any measurables outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As i have already mentioned above that it took 2 weeks to them to come back to us but by doing small tweaks we agreed to one logo design and finalized it.

The team was coordinating with us during this 2 weeks also as related to colors and icons to be used in the logo
