I am the Digital Marketing Director of a full-service digital marketing consultancy. We consult and advise clients on digital marketing strategy and tactics for business growth.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digi by SR, and what were your goals?

We hired the services of Digi by SR for the revamp of an existing website of a university client of ours. The main goals of the project were to make the site more user-friendly through improved navigation, mobile-first design and make it easy to access relevant information in 1-2 clicks.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

This vendor was selected based on our initial discussions, their client portfolio for website development which showed their expertise and their flexible approach to meet our requirements.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Based on our initial discussions with our client we briefed the vendor about the scope of the project and our client's expectations. The existing site was on Drupal. Jointly finalised the wireframes of the site and the vendor's team started working on it. We maintained an Excel tracker to track the progress of the project and to give feedback for each page. They also did the upgrade of the site to Drupal 9 from version 8. After receiving the client's approval the new website was published live.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Our main point of contact was just the project head who in turn coordinated with the developer assigned to work on the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The client loved the fresh look and feel of the website and felt we delivered the main goal of this project to provide a better user experience.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had regular review sessions on the progress of the project. Though initially, we used Trello for project management their developer was more comfortable in using an Excel tracker to complete the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their strength is UI design. They correctly delivered the requested changes mostly in the first attempt. The team was able to deliver on the agreed deadlines.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we first started there were minor glitches to align their visualisation of the UX design of the website with what the client needed. It got sorted without further delays.

We had a legacy system that was housed on a 3rd party site and needed to bring that technology in-house tom to increase our control over the site.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

SR Solutions was a referred to us by our marketing firm. Within a few minutes of speaking with Ruchica, I knew her team was a match.

SR Solutions took over our existing site, updated the platform, enhanced the services we offered out clients and streamlined the displays and access to our reports.

We worked primarily with our Project manager, but had access to several developers throughout the process.

The process was fantastic. SR Solutions and Ruchica's team were responsive, productive, and straight to the point. Ruchica exudes that trusting feeling you want from a team managing your company's website. Ruchica is amazing. The end product exceeds our expectations.

The comfort they gave us throughout the process. We never felt like we were in a panic situation. The work they did was outstanding, and they were highly responsive.

I am the founder of a back office digital media publishing house.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digi by SR?

I wanted to open a business in India, but there were some challenges because I didn’t know the culture or the language. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digi by SR helped me set up my business — they helped find key points of contact within the Indian government and the legal and financial sectors. They also helped me determine which bank I should use.

Digi by SR’s team also helped me recruit employees and find a brick-and-mortar location to house our employees.  

What is the team composition?

Digi by SR provided me with an entire team, including a full-service recruitment team.

How did you come to work with Digi by SR?

I found them through a referral from someone in the US. I eased into the partnership slowly — the initial approach was good, so I gave them a little piece of the project to complete. They turned that piece around, and ultimately our partnership turned into an entire contract. 

What is the status of this engagement?

I worked with Digi by SR from November 2017–October 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to the help from Digi by SR, I was able to launch my business in India successfully. They provided me with quality candidates to staff the publishing house. 

How did Digi by SR perform from a project management standpoint?

They met all of my deadlines, and the project management was very collaborative because I had some unique tracking needs. I developed some proprietary trackers and the Digi by SR team used them to track progress. 

We also used WhatsApp and email to stay in contact. The CEO at Digi by SR was extremely responsive throughout the project. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I liked that they worked quickly. They were very consultative and really invested in our success. Digi by SR constantly sought to understand the business and always asked the right questions. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Clients need to know that the project will be more complicated than they think — clients need to be prepared and patient.

I'm the owner of a digital marketing agency. We specialize in building digital marketing funnels, campaigns, and supporting assets including websites.

Since 2010 we've built a strong foundation of clients who require ongoing website development and maintenance support. Over the years we've subcontracted work with over a dozen developers and agencies to effectively fill the role we required in order to focus our services to allow us to expand.

We had almost given up hope on finding a partner that could deliver what we needed. Through a random connection we were referred to Digi by SR Solutions. We approached the situation hesitantly and developed a relationship slowly one small project at a time. The team at Digi responded well and adapted as necessary to successfully deliver multiple projects over the past year. Their communication, timeliness, and expertise continues to exceede expectations!

The projects we send to Digi by SR range from "something is broke on the website" to full website builds following specific guidelines and workflows that we provide them. They have demonstrated that they listen to our needs and strive to accommodate our requests in delivering the final product.

We audit every stage of our projects to ensure perpetual alignment of the objectives. As expected, when we move from the first stage to the last, revisions become minimal, if at all.

They have been very flexible with communication. They accommodate our requests to communicate through our tools to be fully integrated with our internal team.
