Their expertise in software engineering impressed me. They were very quick in sending their proposal with the offered technology stack and arguments why this or that technology fits our project. We were looking for a partner who will develop a predictive analytics module for our client - fintech startup. We had no such expertise so we were looking for a team having experience both in fintech and AI/ML. Our goal was to perform MVP, with a tight schedule - 1 year and limited budget.

Tech stack were in use: Python, Power BI, Snowflake, Spark, NoSQL The deliverables of phase 1, was a predictive analytics module working only with refueling transactions and it’s predictions. Phase 2 covered all customer behavior predictions arias.

The task was to develop a module for predictions during 1 year, we reached our goals with minimal delays. We are still testing the results of the provided module, but we can say that at least our customer activities increased on 7%. Till EOY we definitely planning to continue work with Diceus.

Dicues uses best industry practices of SDLS, we had scrum with 2 weeks sprints. Task tracking systems were JIRA, also they have a special plugin for JIRA allowing to perform risk/quality management, project gap analysis.
