Diadraw was responsible for transforming an initial 6-page, high-level description of business needs into a fully detailed 80-page Software Requirements Specification that captured every operational nuance of the inbound tourism business. This included modeling the end-to-end lifecycle of vacation packages, group travel, individual bookings, accounting workflows, guide and bus scheduling, hotel capacity management, and customizable tourist experiences. The system supports multiple user roles—admins, employees, guides, and agents—each with tailored permissions. Agents can configure vacations by selecting hotels, room types, included services, and optional activities, while the platform ensures no overbooking occurs by continuously tracking hotel availability. For every operational change, automated notifications are sent to all relevant parties. Following the documentation phase, Diadraw proceeded with Phase 1 of system development, designing and implementing an event-sourced architecture that captures every micro interaction across the platform. This ensures reliable synchronization between subsystems and provides a complete audit trail of operational events. The team also planned the hosting environment to balance scalability with cost efficiency. Throughout the project, Diadraw maintained a highly collaborative workflow with twice-weekly online meetings, enabling rapid feedback loops, clarification of new requirements, and consistent stakeholder alignment. The result is a robust, well-architected foundation for a comprehensive operations system that will support and scale with the client’s growing tourism business.

Implemented a scalable yet cost-efficient hosting strategy suited for long-term growth.

Scaled platform from 1 to 1600+ simultaneous streams, powering high-impact events like the Guinness World Record-winning hybrid Bingo with thousands of participants, while maintaining consistently high uptime and performance.

The team had great integrity and have been aligned with our impact culture. Engineers were highly trained across various technical disciplines. Truly a one-stop-shop for all your dev needs. 

Delivered a self-service portal for community staff, saving partners 15–25 hours monthly and reducing operational costs by $2,000–$4,000 through decentralized scheduling and class management.

Transformed scheduling from a single shared timetable to fully customizable calendars per community, supporting both public and private events tailored to local needs.

Built interactive apps like Bingo and live video chat to deepen engagement and social connection among seniors, aligning with our company's mission to reduce loneliness.

Banking solution for optimizing loan approval document workflow

CHALLENGE: This project required building a digital document managing system which aims to optimise the paperwork involved for the loan approval process in one of the big bank financial service departments. 

SOLUTION: DiaDraw augmented our client’s team with a team of experienced front-end engineers who were responsible for implementing the internal application used by client' employees to track loan approval documents. As part of the solution the DiaDraw's engineers designed an API to manage the document workflow and connect with third party legislation services to identify and get loan history for the requester.

As a RESULT the old ways of keeping a paper trail for each loan requester and involved procedures were automated and became paperless, reducing hours of manual work per document.

The mobile application will be:

A hybrid application developed with React Native for iOS and Android platforms.
Aligned with the design of the existing mobile application currently available in AppStore and Google Play.
Include functionalities such as:Login with EGN and insurance number, or via a PIN code.
Welcome screens highlighting app benefits.
Details of active contracts and financial summaries.
Partner listings and individual partner details.
Club card with barcode and new card requests.
User profile editing.
Registration redirecting to the company’s web interface.
Language toggle between Bulgarian and English.
The Contractor will also handle publishing the app on AppStore and Google Play.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were the first and so far the only Pension Fund in Bulgaria with a mobile app, we continue to release new features and it is an ongoint partnership for us with Diadraw, as we continue to expand our digitial services. We have higher engagement with our clients, we attract more people from the 18-30 age bracket. Our integration with the Ministry of Interior and Evrotrust allows us to provide an all encompassing service without having to get our custormers to a physical location.

We had intensive planning sessions, which is brilliant, as once most of what is to happen is neatly described and systematized we could easily prioritize and have a clear outline of how the development and release would unfold. With Hristo and Kaloyan we found a great rhythm and would communicate on the agreed upon channes. I had visibility of the rest of the team working on the project and i was grateful for their input.

Diadraw approached unforeseen challenges with professionalism and efficiency, finding solutions quickly without compromising quality. The regulatory framework in which Pension Funds operate is very strict and there are constant nre rules, so Diadraw worked closely with us to make sure we are complient.

 The team at  Diadraw were proactive in suggesting innovative solutions and new  features and as we are not a terribly tech savy company (yet) sometimes we would have too much choice and take final decisions a bit slower.
