Project overview: Currently, Bekeu needs a strategic partner with a product vision to assist and guide in identifying and organizing the platform's requirements, defining its market positioning based on competitor offerings and the pain points of end-users. 

DHNN's role will be to complete a comprehensive 360-degree discovery process that results in a digital product strategy with clear objectives, business definitions, and a scalable roadmap to drive the growth and improvement of the platform as a solution to the existing challenges faced by procurement teams.

Phase 1 Context:

1. Individual interviews with Bekeu’s directors and team to understand the current situation, identified problems, and insights, as well as the approach to the solution.
2. Business Discovery Platform Troubleshooting: Analysis of the current platform's pain points along with the value proposition presented on the website.
3. Audience and Stakeholder Research: Interviews with users and suppliers, and the creation of proto-personas.
4. Benchmarking: Analysis of the value proposition of both local and international competitors.

The creation of wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes in Figma provided a visual representation of the product, which was validated through user testing sessions, ensuring that the platform's usability and functionality met user needs. 

Additionally, the restructuring of the platform’s architecture and user flows improved navigability and user experience, while the tech discovery phase ensured the alignment of the technological stack with the product development goals. These outcomes collectively contributed to a well-defined product strategy and a validated, user-centered design approach. The GMV are growig 10% per month since we worked with DHNN.

DHNN™ is good during the selling process, but they’re even better when it comes to delivery. Oftentimes, companies pitch to you and tell you everything will be great, but it doesn’t end up happening. I had high expectations of them, and they’ve fulfilled them so far.
