We are a Digital Startup company, specializing in digital products and solutions and I am the Co-Founder of the organization.

For what projects/services did your company hire Dgtalists Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and what were your goals?

We selected Dgtalists with an objective to design and develop a customized CRM application which will be suitable to the specified line of business. At the same time, we wanted to have the application up and running as quickly as possible

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We evaluated 3 vendors - however response time, flexibility and cost from Dgtalists were the factors which prompted us to opt for them.

We planned to execute the project in Agile Methodology with 2 weeks sprint. Each bi-weekly delivery was reviewed and feedback incorporated. We targeted Module wise delivery, based on different modules of CRM application. We used PHP as core, with Laravel framework to develop this application

Team was a mix of one Project Manager, 1 UI/UX Designer, 2 Senior developers and 1 Tester

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Deliverables were done as planned. We were able to test each completed modules on time. There was no slippage. Feedback/Issues were handled in an efficient manner. Process wise Dgtalists is good.

Project Management was very streamlined with regular updates on the progress of work. Whenever there was a need, we had always communicated promptly using Slack. Dgtalists Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was a process-oriented company I could vouch for.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Dgtalists Team was quite flexible and easy-going. That gave us the confidence to work with them as One Single Team. We worked as Partners, instead of a typical Vendor-Client relationship. Even with changes or updates, team was quite co-operative.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

A bit more focus on rigorous testing before each Sprint delivery could have amplified overall.
