I’m the director of marketing for a fintech company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Dezvolta?

We wanted to develop a new website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We wanted to revamp the content of our website for it to align with the changes that our company was having. We provided Dezvolta with the content and the theme we wanted to go forward with, and they developed the new site within those parameters. In terms of technology, they used Elementor and downloaded ready-made elements from Zeplin.

What is the team composition?

We worked with two website developers and one designer at different points of the engagement. We also had the supervision of Ananda (Founder) throughout the project — that was one of the best parts.

How did you come to work with Dezvolta?

We found them on Google, and we chose them based on their positive reviews.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked through March–April 2021. It took them around 40 days to complete the website development, and we’re now waiting for the site to go live to continue our partnership.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of the site delivered is good; they were accommodative and reworked on the site until it met our quality standards.

How did Dezvolta perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated through emails and Zoom during the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The turnaround time was fast, and they had a flexible team that helped us deliver the website on time — they were very approachable and understanding to our requests.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’re happy with the overall engagement. I don’t think there’s something they can improve on at the moment. 

Any advice for potential customers?

As long as you’re able to take advantage of their good communication regularly, you’ll be able to get what you want.
