They didn’t just follow our requirements; they understood the reasons behind them and often anticipated needs we hadn’t fully expressed. This human-focused approach played a major role in the project’s strong adoption.

For constructive feedback, the main area for improvement was the initial onboarding and security clearance process, which felt a bit slow. Because we require strict background checks and cybersecurity training, the early setup took longer than expected, and a more streamlined, parallel process could have sped things up. We also would have liked more shared knowledge across their developers to cover planned leave more smoothly; when their back-end specialist went on holiday, progress slowed slightly due to the highly specialized work. A built-in buddy system or stronger cross-training from the start would have helped. Once we mentioned this, however, they quickly introduced a shadowing plan to fix it.
