The project included developing something strong and robust, a whole big platform for e-commerce and integrating great inventory management. We also designed something inviting for shoppers and made an area for them to securely log in and having pretty platforms worked on mobile. Plus key features such as safe and secure payment as well as a personalized tab that guarantees smooth service delivery to quickly growing cell phone buyers.

Our collaboration with DevsX has produced really impressive results. Within just weeks of kicking off this new fresher website we saw a big jump in sales and much more customer engagement. We saw a sharp drop in the number of bounces and as customers browsed deeper into product offerings they spent considerably longer time as well. Because of this user friendly design, repeat customers find it easy to navigate the previous orders and latest promotions and thus consistently purchase from us.

It was a good experience working with DevsX, as we were successful in creating the app we wanted. However, the number of downloads is quite low because we're still looking for more customers.

Needless to say, we were able to fix several bugs during the development process and produced a reliable and quick app that makes our customers happy.

Staying in budget was absolutely okay. Communication was good. We did virtual calls on either Google or Teams, and whenever I had questions, they responded quite fast. We also used Slack for communication.

Hell yes, the app was an absolute killer feature. Clients literally bombarded us with appreciation words. Basically, the app added a missing link between the db and the live world. And all these scans, live updates, basically sort of middle link in interaction, even some kind of gamification increased customers satisfaction to the roof.
