DevStitch helped us take our existing AI-assisted prototype and turn it into a production-ready automotive marketplace. The scope included building and integrating the backend and database, authentication and role-based access, customer and vendor workflows, dashboards, service requests and direct estimates, bilingual Arabic/English support, payment-related workflows, and connecting the existing web and mobile interfaces to real production data. The team also handled production hardening, testing, deployment, and launching the mobile applications to the app stores. Following the MVP launch, we continued working with DevStitch on AI agents to reduce manual marketplace operations, including content and listing moderation, onboarding screening, support and operations assistance, and other administrative workflows

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The MVP was successfully moved from a prototype to a production-ready marketplace and launched across both web and mobile app stores. The core customer, vendor, and admin workflows are now connected to the production backend and working as intended. We have also moved into the next phase with DevStitch, focusing on ongoing product support and AI-powered automation of marketplace operations.

The project was managed through clear milestones and regular communication. DevStitch delivered the agreed work on time and was very responsive whenever we had questions, changes, or needed clarification. They were also flexible as our requirements evolved and regularly provided recommendations on the best way to approach new requirements. Overall, the collaboration has been smooth, and we have continued working with them beyond the initial MVP.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to understand a complex marketplace quickly and turn our ideas into practical solutions stands out. They did not just develop what we asked for; they regularly suggested better approaches and helped us think through the product from a technical and operational perspective. We were also impressed by their ability to take our AI-assisted prototype through to a production-ready web and mobile platform, and now help us explore AI agents to automate more of our marketplace operations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something DevStitch could have done differently?

Nothing major. The overall experience has been very positive. As with any complex marketplace project, there were requirements that evolved during development, but the DevStitch team was flexible and worked with us to find practical solutions.
