We held demo meetings at the end of each sprint. After the final transition, we provided a week of urgent support.

We have an extra infrastructure in place, and we regularly create backups. We also have a temporary development environment that includes a continuous deployment (CD) setup, which is activated when a feature branch is merged on GitHub.

Security is also important to us. We securely store secret keys so that users can't access them directly, and the CD setup is the only thing that uses them.
