How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had some issues and Devleet was a recommendation from a friend of mine and after explaining it to Martin, CEO of Devleet, he offered a solution as we said: just to get to know each other. Loved it. Platform upgrade was a big deal which moved a needle.

First we defined the problem, clarified goals, got final offer with deadlines, activities and milestones. We moved in and joined forces. Meets up on a weekly basis with thorough updates. Because of that way of project management I was exempt and left with some extra time for other activities. Was great journey.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

4 devs in total with their COO. Both executives kept me updated on a weekly basis.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

At White Hydrogen we were really supposed how smooth all went and with the final result. White hydrogen platform was upgraded, professionalised and optimised, bugs resolved, security was upgraded and we are presentable to demanding international blockchain community and ready for global expansion.

Smooth and fluid with strong elements of agility. One can easily notice that these guys learn and learn a lot to keep the edge. Every step is double checked and I was offered in few instances beta testing opportunity. Great feeling of being a part of development process.

What I love above all is that we spent whole bunch of time defining a project, goals, clarifying open things and these guys came to meeting prepared and always willing to go an extra mile. You can only imagine a relief after project is successfully defined and on the way to execution.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Devleet has very competitive and competent management, where they lack the edge they bring people with required and verified competencies from outside to upgrade their base. In my view after making a research and various interviews with some competitors they enjoy high level of respect, they protect the project and never share it with others, as well as never take yours ideas to upgrade into their project, so I felt as being in great hands at all times. Their knowledge base is astonishing!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish I got to know them early in my business life😊

We hired Devleet for the continuous development work on marketing platform Pareto written in node.js and angular.

Before that we did not have a website. We wanted to increase our online presence. Furthermore we needed a way to showcase our past, current and future projects.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Devleet offered a custom website, made for mobile and desktop users at an okey price. It was also important to us website was done exactly how we wanted it.

Designs were done and confirmed in Figma. Upon confirmation of the design website was developed. Website is custom built using html/css. Hosting is provided by one of the local hosting providers in Slovenia. Key steps were design, iterations of developed website and final release.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

2 customers contacted us via website for larger projects. Some ofthe clients mentioned they saw our projects on the website which convinced them that we are the right ones for the job.

Project had a slight delay due to prolonged iteration phase. We used telegram, e-mail and inperson meetings as communication methods/tools.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They really wanted to understand what we do and what our needs are.

Communication can be improved.
