DevIT has built a Shopify app that allows users to enter text or upload an image and generate renderings on our cups of what it would look like. The team has also worked on connecting the app to a CDN and delivering it via Imgix.

We’ve worked with a developer, a project manager, a lead developer, and a salesperson.
How did you come to work with DevIT?
I found DevIT on Upwork. I spent a month and a half interviewing different developers. I had worked with developers in India and Pakistan in the past, but this specific project needed to be perfect, and I had heard amazing things about Ukrainian developers.
After narrowing the options down to three, I chose DevIT because of their price and because they had a pretty big team. During our calls, their developer seemed really capable of problem-solving, which was critical for this project.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in July 2025, and the engagement is ongoing. We’ve already launched the MVP, but we’re still working on the backlog parts of the project.

Karina was my main project manager. All items were delivered on time and they were very accommodating to my ongoing changes along the way. They provided me with constant updates along the way and gave me access to Jira which meant I could look at the exact progress of the project. Any questions I had were answered within hours - even on weekends! Cannot fault them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I first reached out to DevIT about developing a web app for a new business venture. I appreciated that they seemed as enthusiastic about the initiative and its potential as I did. I had a designer from a separate firm produce the designs at first, but I wasn't happy with them, so I reached out to DevIT to see if they could assist here too. Web designer Daniil at DevIT was so creative and innovative that I was hooked on the very first draught.
Then Ivan, a web developer at DevIT, took the reins and turned the designs into reality. Thanks to Karina's leadership as my Product Manager, I've had unwavering support from the team, and they've all exceeded my expectations with their work. They have all been really professional and knowledgeable, and I have always been kept in the loop and consulted thanks to tools like Slack and Jira. I have nothing but praise for DevIT and am excited to continue working with them.

Honestly, as they resolved everything I had rarely queried so quickly and amicably, there is nothing they could improve on and I appreciate such excellence!
