• Website from scratch, developing a user-friendly interface, ensuring easy navigation for both users and content creators.
• Content publishing module, allowing creators to easily publish, update, and manage their content on the platform. This included uploading preview images, videos, and text.
• Search and categorization functionality, allowing users to search for content by name, category, and creator.
• Mobile responsiveness, ensuring the website functioned seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
• Maintenance and updates, continuing to implement improvements based on users/creators feedback and my suggestions.
• Knowledge sharing, DevIT provided detailed explanations and documentation on how the website works and how to handle it, allowing for efficient management of the platform on my end.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was completed within expected development time, the website is fully up and functional with very minimal need for corrections, creators and users are able to access everything without issues.

DevIT provided regular updates on their progress. Any delays were communicated proactively, with adjustments made to ensure minimal impact on the project. The website was delivered in reasonable time and according to my expectations. They showed flexibility and understanding. They were always ready to incorporate my suggestions and quick to make the necessary adjustments.

Whenever I raised concerns or identified potential improvements, they responded promptly. While their tracking system for information could be improved, this didn't impact the project's progress and they learned how to work with me as we went forward.

DevIT has a good ability to listen and adapt. It's lucky to find a company that values client input to the extent that they do. They didn't just take my rough ideas at face value, they expanded and improved them, creating something that was the actual vision I had, but I wouldn't be able to share all the necessary details to accomplish it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something DevIT could have done differently?

While my experience with DevIT was largely positive, I believe there's room for improvement in their communication, specifically, I would have appreciated slightly more detailed information on production aspects, especially at the beginning.
