We needed to create a high-tech interface that was customized for music selection and performance.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DevExcel IT Solutions coded a customized music selection system that worked with our employees and a display for our customers. The playlist was displayed on screens in the restaurant, and the customers had the ability to choose and prioritize songs. The employees could see who was performing based on the songs chosen.

We started working with them in August 2025 until March 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We could use the web-based program as they built and improved it. This creation added a special customized upscale feel for our customers, and they commented on it often. Customers were impressed with the high-tech feel of the program and being involved in the music selection. It was very popular.

They always delivered on time. DevExcel IT Solutions was always very professional, even handling questions and issues after hours and on off days. We communicated via email and messaging apps.

We initially hired DevExcel IT Solutions to create our MVP. We’ve now been using their services for over 18 months as they continue to help us build out our SaaS platform and suite of AI tools to support global trade compliance.

PPS provides off-duty law enforcement officers for security and traffic control in the State of Arizona.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire DevExcel IT Solutions to accomplish?

• Transform the existing manual and fragmented workflow into a centralized, automated staffing platform by digitizing and automating the complete job lifecycle, from job creation and officer assignment to shift management, time tracking, approvals, billing, and invoicing.
• Integrate QuickBooks with the platform to synchronize job, vendor, customer, billing, invoicing, and payment-related data, reducing duplicate data entry and eliminating the need to manage financial information across separate systems.
• Develop dedicated AI Agent and performed AI Development for Admin and User Portals along with mobile applications to provide companies, administrators, and officers with an efficient platform for managing jobs, applications, assignments, shifts, hours, approvals, and related operations.
• Provide continuous post-launch support and maintenance to ensure platform stability, resolve production issues, and continuously improve the system based on operational requirements and user feedback.

DevExcel created our new web portal as well as apps for both Android and Apple devices.  Their produce streamlined our business and make the user experience so much better and reliable than it was before.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Increased user adoption and platform reach by successfully transforming the existing PDF-based business into dedicated Android and iOS mobile applications, enabling a larger user base to access fitness and post-pregnancy wellness programs through a centralized digital platform.

Successfully automated key business processes, including job management, officer assignment, shift conflict detection, time tracking, approval workflows, billing, and invoicing, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual reconciliation.

Increased subscription and payment adoption by successfully implementing and optimizing Stripe and In-App Purchase payment flows, supporting users across different platforms and contributing to growth in subscription activity and in-app revenue.

Improved operational efficiency and user engagement through a dynamic Admin Panel, ActiveCampaign integration, AI-assisted capabilities, and automated workflows, enabling the business to efficiently manage growing users, content, subscriptions, and ongoing customer support.

Everything was delived on time and almost always better than expected.  They were very responsive to our needs and make all of the changes we required.
