Our work is built around business outcomes: faster turnaround time, fewer errors, better reporting, smoother scaling, and real management visibility across teams, locations, and time zones.

Deventure delivers end-to-end capabilities in-house—strategy-led UI/UX, full-stack engineering, and quality assurance—so you get **speed to market** without sacrificing reliability. We specialise in operational automation, workflow digitisation, enterprise platforms, data-driven decision systems, and integration-led modernisation, connecting the tools you already rely on and modernising what’s holding you back.

Our portfolio is structured as problem–solution stories: the chaos before, the bottleneck that limited performance, and the platform that restored clarity and momentum. We’ve built CRMs that **unify customer operations**, trading and fintech apps that demand precision, healthcare systems that support compliance and continuity, education platforms that scale with demand, and workforce tools that improve scheduling, utilisation, and oversight.

**The Review** — Nov 5, 2020

**Feedback Summary**: Deventure delivered exactly as requested, producing a platform that streamlined the business' processes and freed up internal bandwidth. The team's responsiveness and communication made them stand out from other vendors. In addition, they provided great value for money and valuable suggestions.
""They really wanted to make a product that not only they were very proud of but that I was also extremely happy with."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the CEO and founder of a 3D printing company called Impact Gumshields. We do 3D printed sports products and dental products.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Deventure?

We had been using an amalgamation of Google Sheets and Airtable for the past couple of years to use out of a CRM. We also used a production platform for managing our customers and managing our 3D printed products.

We looked at buying alternatives off the shelf, but we felt that with the company growing and moving into different territories, it was best to build our own platform where we could manage our customer database and oversee the production of our products in the one location. That was what I brought Deventure on board to do.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

I was looking to take the best of Google Sheets and Airtable in terms of functionality and in terms of their visual identity and ability to track things. I told Deventure what I was looking to develop and asked if they could do it, and if so, what they would suggest.

They came back to us with a truly aligned solution. After the initial consultations and a couple of phone calls to narrow down the brief, they came back with a UX journey of how they saw the platform developing for what we needed and how we would develop it for the future.

Their web development team and backend and frontend developers brought the project to life. They did initial UI design, as well as frontend and backend development with the integration of the app into our own system.

One of the other big things was to add a migration of our existing customer base from Google Sheets into our new platform which they also did. We would have customers come into our stores, but we would also go to locations to do scanning events.

We would go to schools, clubs, and universities, and we would have a lot of customers booking appointments or logging in to get a product, and then that would come to a database system.

Once that product is in the system, we have to have a full database system there for that customer. We then have, within that database, a separate production area that follows the path of the product lifecycle to fruition.

We would have a booking inquiry, then it would be made, a scan is taken and then it goes into our sort or toolchain. We developed our own software platform for this that allows us to convert a 3D scan into a 3D printable product. It goes through the scan, platform, and then the processing platform, and then it starts 3D printing.

We then have post-prints, and the platform allows me to have an overview of everything that goes on so I can go to certain sections of the overall order-level area to see everything that is happening in every order. Then we have a production section where our freelance developers actually process the files and 3D printable files.

There is also an event area where I can create booking event pages so that we can send it directly to individuals for them to sign up for our events. We also have an integrated payment system, so once an event has taken place, we can send Stripe payments directly to the individuals that manage our payment system as well.

Finally, it also has email triggers. When we hit certain parts of our process, we send an email trigger to a customer saying the scan is in process and we’re ready to print their gumshield or mouth guard or whatever the product may be, and when it will be ready.

Once the print is done, another email trigger is sent out, and once we send it out to the post, another email trigger is sent out. It really is an all in one system. It’s not only a CRM; it’s a production platform for my 3D printing team’s perspective as well.

What is the team composition?

We worked with six teammates in total. There was a project manager, and I think there were three web developers, one designer, and a QA specialist.

How did you come to work with Deventure?

We heard about them through a mutual friend who had done work with them previously. A friend of mine had worked for a tech corporation that was looking to outsource the development of some of their software platform.

They came across Deventure and had used them several times for projects. When I told him that we were looking at buying existing platforms and trying to amend those, he told us he had worked with Deventure before.

We had several phone calls, and my CTO grilled them on questions I couldn’t ask in terms of platforms, their skillsets, and their QA and design capabilities. It was through the recommendation and several phone calls that we felt confident enough that they could deliver what we required.

How much have you invested in them?

We spent just under €60,000 (approximately $71,300 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started around mid-July 2020, and we just finished up the platform in the past two weeks.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Up until three weeks ago, I was still using a combination of Google Sheets and Airtable, and then another platform for processing orders and looking up customer queries. Once we got the final launch, I felt comfortable and confident enough to stop inputting on three separate platforms and went fully to this software platform.

For the past three weeks, I have been inputting on our new software platform and it has been great. We are not only in Ireland; we are also in the UK, New Zealand, and Australia, so this is our central production platform.

My distributors are based in the UK, so we needed a central platform that was easy to navigate and made it easy to track our customers, the events that were happening, and the production process.

I introduced the UK and New Zealand teams to this and told them to go at it and come back to me if there was any feedback. The great thing was that they picked it up straight away and said it was very intuitive and that they knew exactly how to use it. I gave them very little direction on how to use it.

I wanted them to actually stress test and see where the failings were. The feedback has been incredibly positive and they’ve taken to it like a duck to water because they are now using the platform and I am getting fewer queries regarding current customer orders, upcoming events, or who had and hadn’t paid.

They now have this central database that they can just log into themselves and find out the information they need. From my perspective, it has made my life a lot easier.

As you can imagine when you are a smaller company, you have several hats on and even though you are the CEO, you are a bit of everything sometimes. This has relieved a lot of stress and time. It has freed up a lot of time for my own day-to-day role.

How did Deventure perform from a project management standpoint?

They were excellent. I’ve developed platforms before with Irish- and UK-based software developers. First of all, the cost was crazy, but they weren’t as responsive or as willing to talk as Deventure.

This team was incredibly easy to get a hold of and incredibly responsive. We used Skype as our main platform and we had an open group. It never took longer than 2–3 hours before they came back with a response, which is unheard of with Irish and UK companies. In that sense, their project management was great.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They gave us more bang for our buck. If I did this through an Irish or UK-based team, it probably would’ve been double that amount and it would’ve taken double the time, and the fact that they were incredibly responsive to the questions and queries that we had and that nothing was too much trouble was impressive.

They really wanted to make a product that not only they were very proud of but that I was also extremely happy with, which is exactly what happened. Their input and suggestions on how to streamline the platform were invaluable and gave us a better product than I expected based on our budget.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing comes to mind right away. It was an incredibly enjoyable experience compared to previous experiences I have had before. I can’t really fault them, to be honest. They really were excellent.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The quality of the outcome is dependant on the quality of the brief and how much time and effort you put into it. Before you fully engage with Deventure or any software company, know exactly what you are trying to achieve and have a clear brief. The quality of the brief will determine the outcome of the project.

Make sure you have all of your ducks in a row, know exactly what the outcome is, have the brief prepared, and have the necessary assets and tools that they need to give you the best possible outcome.

**The Review** — Jun 21, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: Deventure’s work has met all client expectations. The team is diligent, knowledgeable, and efficient. They produce high-quality code that has performed well with customers. Available around the clock for any questions, Deventure is a trustworthy vendor that goes the extra mile for clients.

"“They’re always open to answer questions, and they’re competitively priced.”
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO and founder of a mobile ordering and cloud-based point of sales system for restaurants. We offer contactless payment, contactless ordering, and mobile payment.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Deventure?

We needed help with cloud computing and development. Prior working to them, we didn’t really have a tech partner. We hired them to fulfill all of our technological needs.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

The team built out a whole cloud-based solution for us that included a restaurant management portal and some iOS app development. I came up with a list of features I wanted them to integrate, and they asked a lot of questions to make sure they understood me completely. Then, they designed the UI to show me what the app would look like on mobile or web. From there, we were able to work on the coding. They built out two separate apps; one for restaurant waiters and one for patrons. Both are in the App Store and the Google Play store.

We use Microsoft Azure for cloud computing and data storage. They built out this management portal that allows restaurants to control incoming orders, payments, menus, and staff rosters. It connects with the apps they built. The team also built out a web-based application for us.

If you go out to eat with a group of 5–6 people, you’d download the app they developed which allows you to scan a QR code. It launches a mutually exclusive ordering and payment experience for customers and restaurants. It sends those orders to the restaurant management portal, allowing those restaurants to make money, analyze sales for the day, and control their staff roster. The orders are also sent to waiters.

What is the team composition?

We worked with seven people, including a project manager, two web developers, two mobile developers, one QA tester, and one web designer.

How did you come to work with Deventure?

They were a referral from a contact of mine. My contact had used Deventure to build out their app. I chose to work with them because of their competitive pricing. I was confident that they’d be able to build out what we needed. They offered a comprehensive team that gained my trust quickly.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent $25,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in October 2020, and we launched our v1 product in February

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We set metrics on evaluating their performance and the product. Someone from the team provides updates and feedback. The team is pretty transparent. They’re a diligent vendor that does a great job. Generally, prospective feedback has been positive. There are always going to be little tweaks that we need to make, but the technology works great.

How did Deventure perform from a project management standpoint?

We had weekly check-ins, which were great. They set demos with me after every feature they built, which was cool because I got to see the product grow as they were developing it. They were receptive to feedback. If there was a feature they needed to implement, they would do it on the spot or as soon as possible. I can contact them around the clock, and they’re available. They’re very effective communicators, and they all speak excellent English. We use WhatsApp to communicate back and forth.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication is the key characteristic that makes them a great fit for what I need. They’re diligent, intelligent, and they have a lot of experience in similar initiatives.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The team could grow. They’re taking on new projects and initiatives, so it would help if they hired more people to scale with their clients.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They have a lot of experience. If you need something done, expressing your goal effectively is crucial. They’re always open to answer questions, and they’re competitively priced.

- Client size: 10,001+ Employees
- Review Type: Phone Interview
- Verified

**The Review** — Mar 23, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: By building this platform, the client shortened the time it takes to train employees, contractors, and visitors considerably. Deventure’s team was dynamic, fast-thinking, and responsive. They implemented feedback quickly, resulting in a positive engagement.
"“I liked the solution that they implemented, and my colleagues are satisfied as well.”
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the cement terminal manager at CRH, a building materials company.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Deventure?

We wanted to improve training for employees, contractors, and visitors, by developing a training app.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed a brand-new health and safety online training application for iOS and Android. The platform includes three different modules for employees, visitor driver, and contractors. Each training session includes videos. The app allows us to upload pictures, video materials, and PDF training materials for each of the modules. After completing the training, the users receive a graduation certificate.

What is the team composition?

From beginning to end, there were seven people working on our team, including a project manager.

How did you come to work with Deventure?

Several different companies presented offers and we shortlisted two potential partners. We chose Deventure because they had built a pilot training solution in the past and they showed us some details and training modules they built. They also came with a portfolio of clients and projects.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from June–December 2020.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Now that we have quality training material, training time was shortened by half. We’ve only received positive feedback so far. Most importantly, now the small site manager can schedule an appointment way in advance. Additionally, now we use the online solution to limit the interaction between employees and contractors during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will consider them for all future digitalization projects.

How did Deventure perform from a project management standpoint?

They responded very quickly and made changes as needed. Whenever we received feedback from our colleagues, they’re able to implement a solution within 48 hours.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I felt comfortable working with them. They’re all dynamic and their solutions exceed our expectations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I liked the solution that they implemented, and my colleagues are satisfied as well. I don’t know what I’d have them improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Work with them. They’re very smart and dynamic.

#### Custom CRM Dev for Headhunting Agency

- Project length: Apr. 2016 - Dec. 2018

CEO, Best Profile
- Industry: Business services

- Client size: 1-10 Employees
- Review Type: Phone Interview
- Verified

**The Review** — Feb 19, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: The success of the platform has helped the client double their business since implementation. Deventure still delivers high-quality work and has the technical knowledge to incorporate any feedback into the solution. The partners maintain a close, friendly relationship.
""He finds out just what the client wants and brings ideas that are even better than the initial vision."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m one of the CEOs and founders of Best Profile. We’re a headhunting agency specialized in tech recruiting, which includes recruiting software developers, IT consultants, machine learning experts, and more. We work with German and international tech companies. We’re based in Munich, have a small team of eight people, and have been in the market since 2013.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Deventure?

We were doing everything manually in our startup phase, which meant that every process was established from scratch and tested. After a while, we realized that we needed a professional CRM tool. We tested some platforms on the market, which were used by other recruiting agencies. None fulfilled our requirements. In the end, we found that the most efficient way of getting what we needed was to build it on our own or to give someone a contract to build it. That’s what Deventure did for us.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Deventure built a CRM prototype from scratch and made improvements to the system over time. They’ve deployed new features almost every month.

In the beginning, my co-founder and I drew pictures of what we wanted in the final product. We’d tested other systems on the market and figured out what we had to do differently. We put sketches together in a PowerPoint presentation and forwarded it to Deventure. They built the prototype based on that. There was no system or established structure in place when they began.

The tool facilitates almost all daily processes. In the headhunting business, operations include outreach to candidates and the promotion of those candidates to clients. The CRM brings both processes together. We have multiple interfaces, including a dashboard for different target groups and a calendar for weekly appointments. We get statistics automatically from the system. The platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure. I believe it was Java-based in the beginning and was later on switched to C#. Using C# made sense since it’s a Microsoft product.

What is the team composition?

We have a team of one project manager, two web developers, one mobile developer, one tester, and one web designer.

How did you come to work with Deventure?

Since we’re in tech recruiting, we have a good network of developers in Europe. We’re based in Munich, which has a very large Romanian community. Someone in our partner network was well-connected in Romania, especially in Timisoara, where there’s a large German-speaking community. He connected us with one of the top-five developers there, who later connected us with Flavius (General Manager) and Deventure.

We’ve always have a good connection to western Romania, Timisoara in particular. They have a very good informatics and technology university, and they have really high-value people there. Plus, the recommendation came from someone we trusted.

How much have you invested with them?

The budget for the whole collaboration so far is €50,000–€100,000 (approximately $60,600–$121,200 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Deventure around April 2016, and the CRM was implemented in late-2018. The collaboration is ongoing. They’re currently working on implementing business intelligence features into the system.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had a base of 8–10 clients at the time of launching the CRM and have almost twice that now. We received more clients, hired more people, and have more processes.

Deventure has a very professional working style. Flavius is our main point of contact and is very well-structured. He’s been personally involved in the project and works almost seven days a week. Whenever we need something, he’s there. His ability to structure things has saved us time and money. Even though we didn’t describe things down to the last detail, he immediately figured out where we wanted to go. He built a prototype that was very close to our initial idea. Deventure always delivered quality work, and they're our first contact when we need ideas for new features and interfaces.

How did Deventure perform from a project management standpoint?

We’re based in Munich and they’re in Romania, so we have a nearshore service contract. We have good flight connections and can travel to them in under an hour. Plus, our team has a subsidiary where Deventure is based. We have people on the ground who can communicate with them and discuss next steps.

We developed a close, friendly relationship with them. Last month, we adopted a new working structure through a sprint planning tool. That’s improved the development process from ideation to implementation. We have regular testing cycles and beta-test new features on our end before deployment.

We didn't have thorough testing in the first year together, so things were a matter of trial, error, and frequent feedback. It was more a matter of trial and error and giving feedback on the work. Some things took longer than expected, and both our teams were busy. The sprint planning tool makes the control of the work and feedback process easier for both sides.

Flavius is there for us if we have any questions, and he structures the team well around the scope and deadlines. He’s carried out a lot of similar projects for other clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, which is clear in their organization.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to build custom software solutions is excellent. Existing CRMs in the market didn't work for us because they were designed for larger agencies with hundreds of recruiters and thousands of clients. They had functionalities that we didn’t need, and the ones we needed were missing. Deventure grasped our needs quite well and delivered a product closely based on our goals and requirements.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’ve improved the structuring of the development and implementation process during our engagement. Deventure isn’t a startup anymore, but they still have the agility of a young company. As we grew, we had to find a way to carry out our processes efficiently. Their process worked pretty well in the first two years, but we’ve really optimized it over the last couple of months with the sprint planning tool. It was a game-changer.

They took our feedback and came up with a tool to address our problem. It’s easy to set up tasks and see where we are in the implementation process.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

If the client has a complex idea and project in mind, they should talk to Flavius. He will come up with a tailor-made design. He finds out just what the client wants and brings ideas that are even better than the initial vision.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Deventure?

Our company's mobile app was created last year and was only available on the Apple App Store. However, it was in desperate need of a new update in regards to look, feel, and design. That is why we hired Deventure! They completely redesigned out mobile app and website in a timely manner.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals for this project was to design a new mobile iOS and Android app as well as improve our current website to reflect our brand and app in a timely manner.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select Deventure?

My team researched Xamarin mobile app developers and found Deventure online. After looking through all the reviews about the company, it was a no brainer to hire them!

Describe the project in detail.

Once we hired them, we had a kickoff meeting/call to discuss the process of what we wanted. Within a week, we had mockup designs of what the new app would look like. After we agreed on the design, they went to work on coding it. We would have daily meetings with the GM and weekly meetings with the entire development team to ensure we were on track to meet our goals.

What was the team composition?

This team included 4 mobile developers, 3 web developers, 1 design person, and 1 QA person. Overall, I worked and communicated directly with the GM, who then relayed the messages to his team.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a couple weeks of launching we were getting several users to sign up. People were rating our app 5 stars on the app stores and we received a lot of feedback on our app, which allowed us to take it to the next level and improve features, etc.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The GM was easy to communicate with and was always available even on the weekends. This allowed us to solve problems quickly and efficiently. Overall, both our teams worked very well together!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their work ethic. They work around the clock to make sure their client is satisfied with the product. I was very impressed that they would stop what they are doing to assist our team when we had something to discuss!

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything can always be completed faster, but overall it was still completed in a timely manner given the tough challenges and deadlines. I'm happy with our product and glad we focused on quality over speed!

**Feedback Summary**: Deventure delivered a superior and intuitive website that elicited positive user feedback. The team provided tools that enabled effective collaboration and implemented feedback quickly to support a seamless engagement. The accessibility of leadership resulted in a successful partnership.
""Their availability was impressive."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m an orthopedic surgeon and run a practice that basically functions as a small company. I also work at two different hospitals. The practice is small, but the overall reach is bigger.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Deventure?

I wanted to redesign our six-year-old website. It needed to be upgraded.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Deventure created an entirely new website, managing backend and design work. They redesigned the entire website and migrated some content. Their team demonstrated how to use the site management tool, which enables us to create new content. The site management platform was Umbraco.

What is the team composition?

I had direct contact with two people from Deventure but more people worked on the project in the background.

How did you come to work with Deventure?

A colleague with a similar practice recommended them after their team completed a similar project for him. He had a favorable experience with them as did another colleague who first came into contact with Deventure. I had an initial call with Flavius (CEO) when we discussed what I wanted to do, what he could deliver, and pricing options. Based on that conversation and my colleagues’ feedback, I was happy to go with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent in the region of €10,000 (approximately $11,200 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

My availability to actually work on the website entirely dictated the timeline. The project started in February 2020 and concluded in May. They could’ve turned it around quicker if I had been more available.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Deventure provided quality work. They delivered a site that was a huge improvement from the one I had. People who looked at my website complimented it. They commented that the platform was user-friendly. I’m happy with their work.

How did Deventure perform from a project management standpoint?

We usually communicated via e-mail and Skype calls. They requested that I download an app that allowed me to grab screenshots and annotate what I wanted them to change. Their team made the project easy.

We started the project and then the pandemic happened. As a medical practice, it was important to keep patients informed about our availability. It was easy to have Deventure create a pop up on the website. They adapted to changes, so anything I needed happened straight away.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their availability was impressive. Flavius made himself personally available even outside of hours. If we had an issue or needed an urgent fix, he was responsive even on the weekend. That’s impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They had a reasonable appreciation of the fact that I’m not a technical expert. I sometimes had to tell them to slow down during calls to make sure that I could follow. They always slowed. It’s just a matter of reminding people in their field to translate their thoughts to someone who isn’t.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s good to have ideas of your own. If you know what you want to achieve, they’ll help you get there. If you have your images and content ready to go, the project will go quicker.

Their ability to maintain a core team allows for key product knowledge to accumulate. They’ve improved the client’s technical processes and remained responsive.
""We can call Deventure and rely on them 24/7."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the head of product for Talent Clouds, a pre-employment screening and workforce management solution.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Deventure?

We needed web and mobile development as well as some design, UX work, and infrastructure administration.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Deventure developed for us using a lot of Microsoft tools, particularly ASP.NET, Visual Studio, C#, and Xamarin for mobile.

What is the team composition?

It’s varied over the last couple of years based on our budgets and so on, but on average, we work with five people from Deventure. At its peak, the project has had nine full-time employees. We have 2–3 people now. The core team is generally a project manager and four web developers; there are also some mobile people and designers as required

How did you come to work with Deventure?

When we were looking for developers, I found that local development houses’ costs were beyond our means. A colleague recommended that I speak with Flavius (General Manager). He gave a more reasonable price and project plan than what we could find in our area. He also gave us a good feeling and good insights into what we wanted to know. Overall, Deventure seemed like a team we could work well with.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent close to $1 million.

What is the status of this engagement?

The partnership started in August 2015 and is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Deventure is not a part of our business; they’re a third-party supplier that forms a crucial part of our business. It’s been the same core team of people who’s worked on our project since the beginning. That means they possess a lot of valuable product knowledge and experience. In terms of quality, I can’t fault their production. We came into the business without technical experience in building software products. Deventure’s expertise helped us improve the quality of dev processes

How did Deventure perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is good. We have a dedicated project manager, and our processes have evolved over the last couple of years. We started on spreadsheets before moving to Microsoft Azure and Visual Studio for sprint planning and task management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their availability stands out to me: we can call Deventure and rely on them 24/7. If there’s a tight deadline, they’ll work after hours to make it happen. They take ownership of the product as if it’s their own.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They would benefit from being stricter about gathering requirements. They’ll often accept requirements that we haven’t perfected on our side, and they’ll start something that we’ll need to change mid-sprint.

Any advice for potential customers?

Make sure you know what you want. Be prepared to be challenged by Deventure on your processes and desired output.

**Feedback Summary**: The solution has received positive feedback from senior managers along with customers during testing phases. They completed all tasks on-time, including both high and low priority features. They were a responsive team driven to improve. Their suggestions about the solution's design were useful.
""Their adaptability and willingness to adapt to changes and new requests stood out."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I work in the Product Development team of a company that develops fraud monitoring software for retail environments.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Deventure?

We wanted to develop a mobile app to provide dynamic, on demand reports, and system performance highlights for our customers.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to design a working demo app in a very short period of time. The demo app had to work in both the Android and iOS platforms and be connected to a mock-up database, so it could be shown to our different customers, which was achieved on time.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

They were recommended by a senior manager of the company who had previously worked with them on a separate project. He was very satisfied with their prior performance and results, and on how this project turned out, as well.

Describe the project in detail.

Deventure built a demo mobile app for Android and iOS following our specifications. We sent them the concept and draft design and they did the programming and coding, as well as, improving the design to ensure good UI/UX. They also connected the app with the mock-up database we had provided them. We had a few calls during the first week to introduce the project and its goals and, during the first two weeks, Deventure had regular contact with us to refine the app mock-ups and designs to make sure there was a good understanding. As they were building the app, we would receive each new version daily and weekly to approve and give feedback. Deventure really took time to understand our business and made great suggestions for improvements to the design based on their experience quickly.

What was the team composition?

Our first point of contact was Flavius, the C.E.O, and then we were also in touch with 3 more people from his team.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In a few weeks, we had the first versions that we could show to our senior managers and we got very good feedback from them. Once the app was finished we also got good feedback from the customers who tested it. Another outcome that I would like to highlight is that the project was finished on time and included not only the high priority features, but also some of the low priority ones that we didn’t expect to be completed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was very fluid. We had 1 or 2 calls per week, and we were also in constant contact by email. They were very quick to answer any questions or new requests we had. As they were building the app, we would receive each new versions to approve and give feedback.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their adaptability and willingness to adapt to changes and new requests stood out. They also understood our needs very well despite not having a lot of knowledge about our industry. Commitment – early delivery and good communication.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, we are happy with the results. We have the impression that they worked hard and wanted to make sure we were happy with the progress during all the stages.

**The Review** — Feb 21, 2020

**Feedback Summary**: While the app is still in testing, Deventure executed an app that looks extremely promising. It’s received positive reviews both internally and externally, and it’s currently being deployed for internal purposes. The team was transparent and personable, which made them a pleasure to work with.
"“We’ve been delighted with the app they created”
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

We’re the co-founders of SuXeed, a healthcare app. It guides patients through pre- and post-op journeys.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Deventure?

We worked with an app developer here in Ireland to produce our MVP. After finishing the first phase, we decided that their work wasn’t up to par. We engaged Deventure to become our new development partner.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

They created a new mobile app for us using the wireframes from the initial app. We gave them specific requirements, and the constructed the app’s infrastructure. The team built out the entire backend which includes the database that stores patient information. They integrated a new feature where patients can take questionnaires to provide feedback regarding their surgery and outcome.

In addition to the iOS and Android apps, Deventure also developed the website that’s associated with the platform.

What is the team composition?

I was in contact with 3 or 4 different people at different phases of the project. Flavius (General Manager, Deventure) was our main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Deventure?

A colleague of mine got in contact with the owner of Deventure to see if they could help us. We told them what we were looking for, and they gave us a quote. We ultimately decided to go with their team.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November 2018 to March 2019.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve been delighted with the app they created, which is now operating in our own surgical practice. While it’s still in testing — used only internally — but we’ve been very happy with the results. The feedback we’ve received from user testing has also been very positive. Admittedly, there are still some things that have to be tweaked before its market launch.

How did Deventure perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was excellent. While there were delays on our own side, Flavius kept us on our toes by frequently following up with us. Since they’re based in Romania, we only met in-person a few times, but we generally communicated through email and Skype. They used InVision to show us app updates in real-time, which worked excellently. They’re very efficient.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team is full of wonderful people who are extremely polite and easy to work with. They take customer service very seriously. The design team is full of experts that have unique suggestions and ideas. They took the initiative to implement design changes, which ended up being phenomenal.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Initially, I believe that Flavius was a little too tech-oriented in structuring the app; we had to remind him that the app needed to be intuitive from a patient’s point of view. This was a learning curve, but everything has worked out great since then.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a good structure in place. In addition, I’d say that communication and clarity are very important.

""They gave valuable insights during implementation in designing a fast, easy-to-use app."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I am General Director of a company that is delivering for more than 24 years custom IT solution for central and local government, utilities, public safety, city hall and defense market in Romania and Republic of Moldavia.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Deventure?

We needed specialized people to develop a custom mobile application on iOS.

What were your goals for this project?

Since the end-user would be the citizen, we had looked for a easy to use mobile application that leverage the location based workflows in searching on a central database.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

Based on market recommendations and solutions they delivered we identified them. Still the key element was their declared attitude in the work, that was proved during implementation we have done together - they stood together with us in defining the best solution for the end-user and not just developing after some technical specification.

Describe the project in detail.

The project goal was to offer to the citizens access to a database and search based on current location of the user. The mobile application had to be native on iOS and Deventure contribute with strategy, design and development in implementation.

Based on scope we had to accomplish both teams (Deventure and our team) developed the wire-frames and commonly agreed upon the final design and development requirements. They proved to be a partner that understand the need of our end-customer.

What was the team composition?

One project manager, 2 developers and one front end developer. During implementation time the team was adjusted accordingly.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the first day the mobile app has been downloaded by +1000 users.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They worked like one team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The willing to see beyond the a simple request to develop a mobile application.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Most likely, I will involve them from the beginning of the project since some decisions we took have been proved to be wrong and based on Deventure's recommendations we succeeded to deliver in time.

**The Review** — Oct 3, 2019

**Feedback Summary**: End-users have been pleased with the expanded data sets the plugins make available. Deventure participated in internal code reviews and was flexible in adapting to internal documentation procedures. Their ability to adhere to code and testing guidelines was notable.
""The documentation was written in the way we wanted, and they managed to do it very quickly."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a former software consultant for a medical technology company that offers a full range of integrated solutions for quality assurance in the domain of radiation therapy and medical imaging. They produce devices and software that are used both in radiation therapy and medical imaging application. The goal is to minimize the imaging radiation given to the patients while improving image quality.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Deventure?

We needed to implement an extension to a platform to review important data measurement capabilities. There was data produced by third-party companies, and we wanted to import the data in our product. The intention was to implement a set of plugins to do this job. At that time, our coders were working to implement a lot of new features in the application. We wanted to hire another company to do the import plugin.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our import plugin using .NET and C#. For each data format, we implemented a set of plugins, which were loaded automatically using the Microsoft Extension framework.

One of our goals was to be able to implement a mechanism to be able to develop new plugins without changing the code in my QA platform. For that, we implemented a data import manager. It handles the plugins dynamically and offers the possibility to implement new plugins without changing the code in the main application. Deventure was responsible for implementing the plugins, and I was responsible for integrating them with our colleagues from Germany.

What is the team composition?

There were two developers.

How did you come to work with Deventure?

I found them through a meetup organizer for the C# group. I called them, we met, and we discussed the project. They told me they could help me.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent €30,000 ($33,100 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January 2016 until April 2016. It was three months of development and one month of testing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They did a very good job. They were very proactive and able to learn very fast. It was important for them to learn our coding guidelines so that the code they wrote looked like the code we’d already written. They learned the testing guidelines as well and provided documentation. Everything worked well.

The import component was very well received by our customers. Before, they were only able to use data from our company, but with the implementation of the plugins, they were able to use data from other providers and data in my QA platform.

How did Deventure perform from a project management standpoint?

I was responsible for project management, and then I discussed with them. We did the planning together. We created short iterations and decided on the milestones and deliveries together.

The communication was very good. We had regular meetings and code reviews, and Deventure reacted quickly to suggestions and comments from our coders in Germany. They were willing to adapt to new things very fast. The collaboration with them was very good.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They adapted to new things and followed the coding and testing guidelines. The documentation was written in the way we wanted, and they managed to do it very quickly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The collaboration was fine.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend working with them because I had a positive experience. They’ll be able to adapt to the requirements of the customer very quickly.

""Their ability to quickly fix issues was very impressive."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the head of research for a financial services firm.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Deventure?

We hired Deventure to create an investing app. We also wanted them to build a database into the backend because we don’t have the in-house experience to do it.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Deventure built the app for web as well as iOS and Android. To do so, we sent them photoshop images of the design we wanted and they polished it. Their team handled the programming, designing, and coding. They integrated a database to the backend, as we requested. On top of that, they developed a dashboard that allows us the manage the app. With all of these tasks together, they essentially built us 4 different items.

What is the team composition?

There were between 3–9 people working with us, depending on the status of the project and our needs.

How did you come to work with Deventure?

Our CEO had connections with someone who had done a project with Deventure and they really liked their engagement.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $25,000-$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from September–November 2018.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our engagement went well; everything was done smoothly. I’m happy with the app, but we haven’t received any user feedback. They did exactly what I asked them to do.

How did Deventure perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team is full of smart people, so I didn’t have to spend too much time explaining anything to them. They were great at communicating their expectations, the project’s status, their to-do list, and the resources they needed. They did really well with that part of the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to quickly fix issues was very impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Visting them helped speed up the process and helped us get to know them better, so I’d recommend that.

""The know-how in the company was just amazing."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO of a company working in the financial services sector. We offer our clients various solutions for investing in the global financial markets. We offer our services through more than 100 partners in 4 countries.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Deventure?

Our company wanted to offer our products and deliver our expertise through a software-based service. So we hired Deventure to develop with us a software-based product (Mobile App and Website) to deliver this experience to our customers.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted an easier excess to new customers where there was no longer a need do meet a potential customer in person but deliver the necessary information and the final product to the customer right away via software.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

We had a recommendation from a business partner, who was very happy with the service provided by Deventure. We scheduled a few calls and got to know each other. From the start, we were convinced that they were the right people for the job.

Describe the project in detail.

After a few calls, we soon received the first mockups. We provided feedback every time and within a few days we had the latest updates included. After that, Deventure started the process and after the framework was finished, we visited them a few times to talk over the details and refine the design. The visits were incredibly productive and we were treated with the utmost respect and hospitality.

What was the team composition?

We had a project manager for the most direct line of communication. We were very aware about all the people working on the project. Sometimes, when there was something specific to discuss, a team member would reach out to us directly to talk. This was only the case after the project manager talked to us and asked if it was ok for that team member to reach out regarding xyz topic. The whole process was very professional.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a few weeks, we had all of our partners registered so they could promote the product easily. This has worked very well for us as we acquired a significant number of new customers that in my opinion we could not have reached before. Because of the modern way our service are not provided, we were able to expand our target audience to much younger people.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The whole team was easy to communicate with and the project manager provided us with frequent updates. We were in constant contact via skype and had a scheduled call at least once a week. The whole process seemed very thought out and effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The know-how in the company was just amazing. They were also incredible flexible with time management and would include more people in the process and worked weekends when necessary. As the time constrains were pretty tough for the whole project this really helped a lot. All in all, we had a wonderful time working with these very intelligent, diligent and cooperative people.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We were very satisfied with how the overall project was done. The quality of the final product was just like we wanted it and delivery was really fast.

**Feedback Summary**: The finished product allows for easier communication and enhanced payroll processing. Deventure’s dedication to client success sets them apart from other vendors. They are communicative and forward-thinking, always looking to improve the final deliverable.
""The customer service and the speed in which they get back to us is impressive."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the payroll manager for Verve, an event and activation company. We do a lot of big events in Ireland, the UK, and Europe. We also do a lot of activations for large companies.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Deventure?

We were looking to make a tool that could expedite our payroll process and communicate job opportunities to the promo staff at our various events.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Deventure developed a tool that allows us to upload jobs to a mobile app and sends alerts to all of our brand ambassadors. They can accept the job, which then notifies our payroll personnel. If we don’t want to send notifications to all of our ambassadors, we can elect to send them only to those in a specific country.

Deventure developed a desktop application along with iOS and Android versions. Since then, they have done several updates to make our app work even faster.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a salesperson and two developers. All three were available anytime we needed them.

How did you come to work with Deventure?

They found us and approached our managing director and the financial director about the existing solution they had. Our financial director outlined our requirements and explained that our current tool was too admin-heavy. We wanted our next solution to be branded for us, and Deventure said they could develop something to meet our needs.

How much have you invested in them?

We have spent around €50,000 (approximately $55,400 USD) so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with them in February 2017, and the work is currently ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The biggest advantage has been the time we can save. Payroll used to take 10 days to process and now it takes one day.

The app has also streamlined communication with all of our brand ambassadors. We used to have to contact everybody through WhatsApp or by phone to see if they were available for a job. Our new process of sending alerts is much easier and means we don’t have to chase the brand ambassadors anymore.

How did Deventure perform from a project management standpoint?

The customer service side of things is fantastic. They get back to us straight away if we have an issue. We have a direct line to the team, so we’re never waiting for a call. Other companies we’ve worked with would send an email promising to get back to us within 24 hours. With Deventure, we email them, and the problem is solved.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The customer service and the speed in which they get back to us is impressive. We are never left waiting for things to get done. We have huge events in Ireland, and we need to staff them quickly. If there is a glitch in the system, we don’t have to wait for them to fix it because they are on hand to fix it straight away.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. I believe they learn from what they have done and are always trying to make it better. The product we have now is 50 times better than our original system.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Tell them what you want from the beginning, and they will get it done for you.

**Feedback Summary**: The team has produced good results, implementing the development plans and receiving generally positive feedback from the apps’ users. They are skilled, knowledgeable, and well managed at all times, working diligently to understand the need and then effectively meet it.
"“Their work is quite diligent...”
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the co-founder and director of GoWorky, an on-demand workforce management system.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Deventure?

We had our concept of intermediating staff and agencies, but we needed an online product or solution to help us engage with our clients.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

We engaged with them from the wireframing and concept stage, with their assistance focused on wireframing and designing what the product would look like, and then developing an MVP to launch in a beta phase. It was all built on Microsoft Azure and they used Xamarin. It was a cross-platform build, initially on Android and then crossed over to iOS.

The project included two mobile apps: a client mobile app, and a candidate mobile app. As we built out the concept into the actual business proposition, we realized we needed web platforms and web portals which were client sided, candidate sided, and also for the business management side in order to track demand and supply on both sides.

What is the team composition?

Initially, we had two people and now have eight people working on our projects. The team consists of a project manager and the rest are designers and developers.

How did you come to work with Deventure?

We found them via a referral. We met with them twice and then decided to work with them. They were quite a young company at the time, but they had the same vision and goals as we had and their price was quite good as well.

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent around £250,000 (approximately $303,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with them in 2015 and have an ongoing engagement.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We recently carried out user feedback and found the product has been received quite well, with some good feedback around the mobile apps too. We built the web portal quickly as the engagement wasn’t as good with the mobile app—it was a practical usage cause and that is why we fast-tracked the web portal side of things.

How did Deventure perform from a project management standpoint?

We had a product owner on our side who engaged with the project manager on their side. They did all the GANTT charting of features, the deployment, and any other iterations or deployments. We also used tools like Trello and other project management tools to keep on track.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their work is quite diligent—they worked to understand the business case first and then have the technology fit it, delivering a very close product. Their English skills and their knowledge levels are also very high.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There have been some pros and cons throughout our journey, but right now, we seem to be in a good space. In the early days, the communication side was quite challenging, but they now have a much better grasp it.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a good product owner and ensure that there is constant and effective communication between both teams. Other than that, Deventure is very proactive.

## Portfolio & Awards

### Rumbl
RUMBL set out to solve a real travel problem: people want recommendations they can trust, but most platforms surface generic tips from strangers, bots, or paid sources that don’t match personal preferences. For smartphone-savvy millennials travelling for work or fun, that creates friction—wasted time, poor choices, and a disconnected experience spread across texts, emails, and multiple apps. Deventure partnered with RUMBL to restore clarity and control by building a social travel platform that turns personal networks into a reliable recommendation engine. Instead of “more content,” the product focuses on the right signal: insights from friends, coworkers, and family who actually understand your interests. The result is a system that helps travellers make better decisions faster, with confidence that recommendations are relevant and authentic. We delivered end-to-end product execution—UI/UX, full-stack engineering, and QA—to create a mobile-first experience supported by strong back-office controls. Users can sign up, build their network, and post upcoming trips to a personal feed. When creating a trip, they can add friends who are joining, places they plan to visit, and even flight details—so travel plans are visible and coordinated without endless back-and-forth. The platform’s core workflow is discovery. A robust search tool lets users plug in a location and instantly see which friends have been there before, have a trip planned, or currently live there. From there, they can access historical trip reviews, comment in-app, create trip groups, and reach out directly for fresh recommendations for that specific destination. This replaces fragmented communication with a single, structured system for planning and sharing. To support a safe and scalable community, we implemented administrative capabilities for user management, reported comments moderation, and centralised feedback—helping the product maintain quality as usage grows.

### Hello Reality
Historically, small independent investors have been at a disadvantage compared to institutional players. Access to live research, expert-backed guidance, and advice aligned to a personal investment profile has been difficult, expensive, and often intimidating—discouraging many from investing at all. Hello Reality, operating internationally from Graz, Austria, set out to change that by making market education and decision support accessible on a mobile device at extremely low cost. Deventure.co partnered with Hello Reality to build the digital platform that powers the business: a mobile-first experience (supported by a web presence) that helps novice investors learn on the go, research opportunities, and simulate outcomes before making real-world decisions. The goal wasn’t “more content.” It was a system that restores control—turning complex market information into clear, guided steps that reduce uncertainty and help users build confidence. The platform enables users to create bespoke portfolios based on their own investment choices, then review projected returns across multiple scenarios. Backed by the market research and experience of an associated investment house, the product leverages algorithms and analytical data designed and continuously updated by top analysts to simulate future market conditions. This gives users a structured way to explore risk and reward, aligned to their goals. Hello Reality also guides users through a practical learning journey. Investors can browse tools and information sources to understand the benefits and risks of different asset types, making the investment process easier for amateurs. The outcome is a scalable, data-driven platform that improves decision-making for first-time investors, lowers the barrier to entry, and helps Hello Reality reach younger audiences with a modern alternative to traditional broker-led advice—built with clear communication, reliable engineering, and a focus on measurable user value.

### ClassRep
Schools and parents operate in a high-volume, high-variation environment: schedule changes, extracurricular sign-ups, attendance tracking, and constant communication. Yet many schools still rely on manual admin processes and fragmented channels—emails, paper notes, and ad hoc updates—placing the burden on parents to interpret messages and keep diaries up to date. The result is predictable operational friction: confusion around dates and times, missed activities, and unnecessary back-and-forth for already busy families and school staff. ClassRep was created in Ireland to restore control to this ecosystem. Deventure partnered with the team to design and build the website and the technology that runs the business—delivering a single digital platform that connects schools, parents, and students in one place, with live schedules that update automatically. At the core of ClassRep is dynamic scheduling. Schools access a web portal that creates and maintains an individual student’s daily schedule, combining curricular and extracurricular activities into one virtual timetable.Parents and students then access these live schedules on mobile devices, with instant notifications when additions or changes are made. Instead of transferring school communications into a diary manually, dates and times populate automatically—reducing errors and removing the administrative burden from parents. ClassRep transforms school-to-parent communication from fragmented messages into a unified, real-time platform—delivering measurable improvements in accuracy, responsiveness, and day-to-day control for everyone involved. This creates a structured workflow for providers to profile classes, manage capacity limits, communicate with attendees throughout the activity, and handle payments. For schools, it becomes a central place to schedule, communicate, and manage both school-run and external activities with the ability to make corrections instantly.

### Mixtape
Mixtape Marketing is an experiential marketing agency in Dublin, delivering live consumer experiences for brands where execution quality is everything. But as campaigns scale, operational complexity grows fast: sourcing talent, registering candidates, staffing geographically diverse activations, tracking attendance, managing payments, and coordinating last-minute changes across multiple stakeholders. Without a unified system, delivery becomes dependent on manual follow-ups, scattered information, and reactive firefighting—exactly the kind of friction that slows growth and increases risk. Deventure.co partnered with Mixtape to restore control through an end-to-end platform that digitises how the agency sources, allocates, and manages experiential marketing teams. The objective wasn’t “more software.” It was operational clarity: a single system that keeps campaigns staffed, tasks tracked, and teams aligned in real time—so Mixtape can deliver high-performance experiences consistently. The solution was designed to manage the full candidate lifecycle. Candidates apply through the Mixtape mobile app and complete a digital registration process, creating profiles that capture the information needed for role matching. Managers can review new applicants, build a curated pool of talent, and allocate people to specific campaigns based on their digital profiles. Once candidates accept roles, virtual teams are created instantly—enabling Mixtape to form teams anytime, anyplace, anywhere, even for geographically distributed campaigns. To support day-to-day execution, we delivered scheduling and operational tools that keep everyone aligned. A calendar planner and availability management help coordinate shifts across multiple activations. Time and attendance functionality provides reliable tracking on the ground. The outcome is a scalable system that - helping Mixtape focus on what matters most: creativity, client service, and flawless delivery.

### People
PeoplePaye is the UK’s temporary workforce management platform built to modernize the “source to pay” lifecycle for contingent labour. When high-volume staffing spans multiple clients, locations, and fast-changing shift requirements, operational complexity quickly becomes a growth blocker: onboarding steps get missed, compliance becomes hard to evidence, managers lose visibility of availability, and payroll accuracy depends on manual handoffs. PeoplePaye set out to replace that friction with a single real-time cloud system that restores control for employers and transparency for contractors. Deventure partnered with People Group Services to reinvent the core processes behind contingent workforce delivery and turn them into a unified digital platform: the People Engage Platform. Deployed into agencies and end-hirer organizations, it brings sourcing, onboarding, compliance, scheduling, time and attendance, and payroll into one integrated workflow—supported by mobile apps for candidates/contractors and a back-office platform for managers and payroll teams. Candidates can register digitally, upload CVs and eligibility documents, and maintain a structured profile that supports faster matching. Back-office teams can review, download, set review and expiry dates, and confirm original documents directly within the profile, moving candidates through interview-to-hire stages with clear status tracking.Managers gain live visibility into talent availability. The outcome is a scalable workforce platform that reduces errors, improves reporting and oversight, and enables faster turnaround across teams and time zones—delivered with Deventure’s in-house UI/UX, full-stack engineering, and QA to ship quickly without compromising reliability. The system automatically generates timesheets, calculates time and pay, and routes approvals to ensure payroll inputs are reliable. Contractors can view income in-app, improving trust and reducing disputes creting a scalble platform.

### Suxeed
Suxeed is a mobile digital health application designed to restore control and consistency across the surgical care journey while enabling real-time scientific research on outcomes. In many practices, surgeons and clinical teams spend significant time before and after procedures counselling anxious patients, managing mandatory bureaucracy, and coordinating recovery steps. At the same time, they’re expected to keep methods evidence-based and continuously improve results—yet research and follow-up data collection are often time-consuming, fragmented, and difficult to manage.Deventure partnered with Suxeed to turn these disconnected activities into a single, scalable digital pathway that improves patient engagement and gives clinicians reliable visibility. The platform guides patients through pre- and post-operative steps with targeted, concise communication, delivered at the right time via push notifications. This keeps patients prepared, informed, and supported throughout the process, reducing uncertainty and improving adherence to recovery guidance. On the clinician side, Suxeed provides a secure environment to manage patient details and monitor recovery progress using procedure-specific questionnaires. Instead of chasing updates across calls, emails, and paper forms, surgeons can review structured feedback in one place and respond with clearer direction. The outcome is a unified digital system that replaces manual follow-up and low-visibility reporting with clarity: more efficient pre- and post-operative care, higher patient satisfaction that can translate into increased referrals, and a scalable platform that evolves with surgical practices worldwide.  Delivered with Deventure’s in-house UI/UX, full-stack engineering, and QA, Suxeed achieved speed to market without sacrificing reliability or trust.

### Infer
INFER was created to give a global voice to people affected by infertility and to turn lived experience into actionable knowledge. Infertility is often symptom-free and underreported, meaning governments and decision-makers lack the data needed to understand demand, plan services, and fund support. Without a trusted way to gather local, regional, and global insights, the reality of infertility remains invisible—and those most affected have limited influence on policy and care access. Deventure partnered with INFER to build an anonymous, mobile-first platform that replaces fragmented awareness efforts with a single, scalable system for voluntary data collection and education. The goal was not “more content,” but a structured mechanism that restores clarity: capture consistent information at scale, analyse it automatically, and present it in a way that supports better decisions for patients, providers, and stakeholders. Through the app, participants can securely share their experience without providing personal identification data. The questionnaire captures key signals such as how long someone has been affected, whether causes have been identified, access to fertility services, and the personal impact of the condition. By standardizing inputs, INFER enables reliable aggregation across populations—creating a national and global image of infertility that is difficult to achieve through traditional research channels alone. To ensure the platform delivers value back to users, INFER provides fertility education materials and a directory of fertility service providers, helping participants move from awareness to practical support. The outcome is a unified digital system that reduces the friction of gathering infertility research, improves visibility for stakeholders & creates a foundation for advocacy and service planning. By turning anonymous contributions into structured reporting, INFER helps decision-makers recognise the scale of need and supports desired initiatives.

### Serve Sport
ServeSport is a private digital platform connecting elite sports organizations athletes and service providers, most likely for schools. The user-friendly dashboard allows sports organizations to create and maintain groups, services, events and daily schedules for its members.

### Best Profile
Best Profile is a Munich-based recruitment platform built for the realities of modern IT hiring: fast-moving demand, high candidate expectations, and strict data privacy requirements. As companies scale, recruitment often becomes a patchwork of spreadsheets, inbox threads, and disconnected tools that slow decision-making and reduce visibility. Leaders don’t need “more software.” They need a system that restores control—centralizing candidate data, standardizing workflows, and making progress measurable from first contact to offer. Deventure partnered with Best Profile to digitize and operationalize the recruitment lifecycle in a secure, cost-effective platform that works for both companies and candidates. The result is a CRM-driven solution that replaces manual HR administration with a dynamic database and an intuitive experience designed to reduce friction at every step. For employers, Best Profile provides a guided front end with the tools needed to run hiring as a repeatable process: structured search, automated reminders, workflow stages, calendar planning, and newsletter options.Teams can manage candidate pipelines without expanding HR headcount, while maintaining a clear view of tasks, timelines, and next actions. Every stage of the recruitment process is visible, helping stakeholders stay aligned and reducing the risk of candidates being lost due to slow follow-up. For candidates, the platform offers control and confidentiality. Job seekers can upload their details and decide which companies can access their profile, enabling a more qualitative and trust-based matching process. Best Profile also supports candidates with guidance and training to prepare for the job.The outcome is a unified recruitment system that improves turnaround time, reduces manual errors, and creates real visibility across pipelines—delivered with Deventure’s in-house UI/UX, full-stack engineering, and QA to ensure speed to market without sacrificing reliability.

### Verve
Verve is an Irish experiential marketing agency that delivers customised brand events through a large, diverse workforce. But executing campaigns at speed—across different locations, shift patterns, languages, and pay scales—creates operational complexity that can quickly slow growth. When coordination lives in spreadsheets, messages, and disconnected tools, managers lose visibility, roles take longer to fill, communication breaks down, and payroll becomes a high-risk, high-effort process. Verve didn’t need “more software.” They needed a single system that restores control across workforce deployment. Deventure partnered with Verve to build an advanced workforce management platform that unifies recruitment, scheduling, communication, time and attendance, and pay transparency into one ecosystem. Delivered as web and mobile applications, the platform enables geographically distributed teams to collaborate in a flexible but simple way—supporting Verve’s ability to connect brands with people reliably, even under tight timelines.A core operational role at Verve is the Brand Ambassador. Account Managers need a live view of ambassador availability and the ability to deploy the right people to the right jobs quickly. The platform provides this visibility and streamlines shift creation, allocation, and confirmation. Ambassadors can register quickly via iOS and Android, build their profile, set availability, choose preferred locations, and keep personal details up to date—reducing onboarding friction and improving readiness for new campaigns.Communication remains continuous through real-time alerts. The outcome is a unified platform that reduces manual coordination, improves reporting and visibility, speeds up staffing decisions, and supports consistent delivery across locations and teams.   Built with Deventure’s in-house UI/UX, full-stack engineering, and QA, Verve gained a scalable foundation to execute campaigns with clarity, control, and momentum.

### goDutch
goDutch is a mobile-first hospitality platform designed to restore control to restaurants and give customers more transparency and decisional power during the dining experience. As service expectations rise and operational pressure increases—especially in a post-pandemic context—restaurants face a familiar set of bottlenecks: long wait times, order inconsistencies, sanitation concerns around shared menus and receipts & the friction of splitting bills. These issues don’t just impact experience; they reduce table turnover, strain staff & limit a venue’s ability to scale efficiently. Deventure partnered with goDutch to turn these fragmented touchpoints into a single, contactless operational workflow spanning ordering, service coordination & payment. The solution is built around an “Uber-like” model for hospitality, digitally connecting patrons with waiting staff, bartenders & managers at the same time—without trying to replace face-to-face interaction. Instead, it enhances hospitality by removing the manual friction that slows teams down. The platform is composed of three integrated components. First, a restaurant management portal connected to the point-of-sale system, enabling owners and managers to control menus, staff, and restaurant layout in a transparent way. Second, a customer app that allows guests to scan a QR code at the table, browse a digital menu, and order what they want, when they want, directly from their phone. When an order is ready, the table is notified, keeping the experience smooth and reducing unnecessary waiting. At the end of the meal, customers can pay using mobile payment options and easily split the bill or itemize it—removing one of the most common sources of checkout delay. Third, a waiting staff app provides an overview of assigned tables, incoming orders, order value & post-dining reviews. Staff also receive visibility into tips & can respond faster to service needs, while managers gain clearer oversight of floor activity in real time.

### Impact Gumshields
IMPACT Gumshields, the world’s first 3D printed custom gumshield provider, was scaling rapidly across multiple territories—and operational complexity was creating friction. Orders came from different channels and regions, and the team needed a single source of truth to track every incoming order, view details instantly, and monitor status. Before partnering with Deventure, IMPACT relied on a patchwork of Google Sheets, Drive, Airtable, and WordPress event pages. This mix worked initially but limited visibility, slowed coordination, and increased the risk of missed updates as volume grew. Deventure partnered with IMPACT to restore control through a bespoke CRM, production, and booking platform—built to manage the full order lifecycle in one place. The goal wasn’t “more software,” but operational clarity: centralised order management, consistent workflows, and real-time access for a distributed team. The platform lets IMPACT oversee customer orders and production across Europe, New Zealand, and Australia from a single secure location. Teams can check order details, manage relationships, and keep everything organised as the business expands. To support both individual and large-scale demand, we implemented two scheduling paths: individual customers can book scan appointments through a “Book Now” flow that auto-generates pre-orders, while administrators can create event pages for schools and sports clubs, share booking links, and manage mass sign-ups efficiently. We also supported IMPACT’s innovation workflow: mobile scanning captures a 3D intra-oral scan in under two minutes, the system processes the model, and outputs a 3D printable file—removing uncomfortable moulds and improving fit consistency. Payments are issued after events, keeping purchases controlled and trackable. The result is a unified platform that gives IMPACT the operational foundation to scale confidently—turning a fragmented process  into a streamlined, territory-ready system built for growth.

### Commonly Asked Questions

**What is your team's process like for onboarding new clients?**
Our onboarding is designed to remove uncertainty fast and turn your idea into a
controlled, measurable delivery plan. It starts the moment you reach out—“Hello, I
have an idea”—and we focus on understanding your vision, business needs, and the
outcomes you expect from the platform.

1) Analysis & Planning:
We document your business needs, define goals and anticipated outcomes, and gather requirements in detail. We identify who will use the software and—most importantly—how they intend to use it. This gives us clarity on workflows, constraints, and success metrics before any build begins.

2) Product Prototyping:
Next, the UI/UX team allocated to your project translates requirements into wireframes. We iterate with you based on feedback until the prototype is right. We don’t start implementation until you’re fully satisfied with the product prototype, so scope and expectations stay aligned.

3) Development (Sprint-based delivery):
Once the prototype is approved, it’s handed to the development team. We select the right technologies for the product specifications and build in sprints, delivering incrementally feature by feature. This keeps progress visible and decisions timely throughout the project.

4) Testing:
Our QA professionals validate technical quality and user flows, running performance and/or automated tests to catch issues early. Code is tested line by line against specifications to ensure the system works as intended at launch.

5) Deployment + Demos:
After a sprint is completed and fully tested, we run demonstration sessions so you can see and vet what we built. After final feedback, we release to production and enable your team to take operational control of the platform.

6) Maintenance & Support:
Post-launch, we stay engaged for enhancements and technical support, while monitoring performance and identifying improvements over time. Sources: https://www.deventure.co/our-process

**What types of projects is your team interested in taking on right now?**
Right now, we’re most interested in projects where a custom platform becomes the
lever for operational control—when complexity, manual work, and fragmented systems are slowing growth and leadership needs clarity, speed, and measurable outcomes.

1. Operational efficiency through digitisation:
We take on initiatives that replace spreadsheets, email-driven processes, and disconnected tools with unified workflows. Typical engagements include operations platforms, internal portals, approval and compliance flows, scheduling and workforce systems, and reporting layers that give management real visibility. The goal is straightforward: reduce errors, shorten
turnaround time, and make execution more predictable across teams.

2. Legacy system modernisation and integration-led transformation:
We’re keen on modernising legacy applications that have become bottlenecks—systems that are hard to maintain, slow to change, or limiting scalability. This can involve re-architecting a core application, rebuilding key modules, migrating data safely, or integrating multiple systems into a single coherent platform. Our focus is on improving reliability, performance, and decision-making while reducing operational risk.

3. White-label custom software product integrations:
We also work on projects where companies want to offer a branded product experience to their customers. We build and integrate white-label solutions that can be branded as your own—connecting billing, identity, data, and third-party services into a seamless platform that feels native to your business.

4. Moving from SaaS limitations to custom software:
If you’ve outgrown a SaaS platform—facing workarounds, limited automation, or rising costs—we help you transition to a custom system designed around your processes. Discovery, UI/UX, engineering, and QA are handled in-house, delivered in sprints with demos and feedback loops so the transition stays controlled and predictable.

**What is your project Management Process?**
Our project management process is built to keep delivery predictable and outcomes
measurable—especially when you’re investing in a custom platform to restore operational control. We run projects with a client-first mindset: clear ownership, transparent communication, and a cadence that lets you make decisions early, not after months of build.

1) Discovery and alignment:
We start by clarifying the business problem, success metrics, users, constraints, and
risks. We translate goals into a prioritised scope, define what “done” means, and agree on ways of working (stakeholders, approvals, tools, and meeting cadence).

2) Plan, prototype, and de-risk:
Before heavy development, we validate flows and assumptions through UI/UX wireframes or prototypes. This reduces rework and ensures we’re solving the right problem. We also define architecture, integrations, and a delivery roadmap so timelines and dependencies are visible.

3) Sprint-based execution:
Delivery happens in sprints with a clear backlog, estimates, and acceptance criteria. Each sprint focuses on incremental value—feature by feature—so progress is tangible. You get regular updates, and we surface blockers and trade-offs early.

4) Quality built in, not bolted on:
QA runs alongside development. We test functionality, user flows, and performance, and we validate against specifications. Code reviews and senior oversight ensure maintainability, security, and scalability.

5) Demos, feedback, and governance:
At the end of each sprint, we run demos so you can see what’s built, validate direction, and adjust priorities. Changes are handled through a controlled process: impact on scope, timeline, and cost is made explicit before decisions are made.

6) Release and operational handover:
We plan releases, deploy safely, and support go-live with monitoring and rapid fixes. We provide documentation and knowledge transfer so your team can take operational control with confidence.

**How many clients do you work with at a time?**
We intentionally keep our client load small. At any given time, we do not work with
4–5 clients in parallel, because our delivery model is built around focus, senior involvement, and accountability—not volume. When a company is investing in a custom platform to streamline operations, the biggest risks are slow feedback loops, diluted attention, and competing priorities on the vendor side. We remove those risks by limiting how many active engagements we take on.

This approach means your project is not “one of many.” You get a dedicated, in-house team that can stay close to your domain, your users, and your operational constraints. It also ensures senior oversight is real, not symbolic: key decisions are reviewed, risks are surfaced early, and trade-offs are discussed transparently before they become expensive.

Working with fewer clients at a time improves execution quality in practical ways. Communication stays clear and responsive, because the people building the product are available to answer questions and align quickly. Planning is more accurate because the team isn’t context-switching across multiple unrelated products.

Delivery is faster because approvals, demos, and iterations happen on a tight cadence. And quality is stronger, because QA and engineering can validate flows thoroughly instead of rushing to meet competing deadlines.

For clients, the outcome is a more predictable partnership: fewer surprises, better visibility into progress, and a platform that is built to last. Whether we’re digitising manual workflows, modernising a legacy system, or integrating a white-label product you can brand as your own, our focus remains the same—give each engagement the attention it deserves so operational results are measurable.

If you’re looking for a partner that prioritises depth over scale, that’s exactly how we
work.

**How do you typically collaborate with Clients?**
We collaborate with clients using an agile, feedback-driven delivery model designed
to create real operational impact. The objective is to keep you in control, reduce
delivery risk, and ensure we build the right system—not just ship features. Our collaboration is structured around fast alignment, constant visibility, and frequent checkpoints on the functionality that matters most.

Align on outcomes and ways of working:
We begin by clarifying business outcomes, success metrics, stakeholders, and decision-makers. Together, we define communication channels, meeting cadence, documentation standards, and what “done” means for each deliverable. This establishes a predictable rhythm and removes ambiguity early in the engagement.

Plan in sprints and validate continuously:
Work progresses in short sprints with a prioritised backlog and clear acceptance criteria. You always know what is being built next and why. As functionality evolves, we gather feedback at every stage—discovery, prototyping, development, and validation—so adjustments happen early rather than after months of effort.

Prototype before deeper implementation:
For critical workflows, our UI/UX team produces wireframes or interactive prototypes to validate user journeys and requirements. We iterate with you until the direction is confirmed, then move into development. This approach minimises rework and ensures the system reflects how your teams actually operate.

Demo, decide, and refine:
At the end of each sprint—and often during—we run demos so you can review progress tangibly. You can approve, refine, or reprioritise based on what you see. This keeps the scope aligned and allows the product to evolve with real business input.

Transparent communication and delivery discipline:
You receive frequent updates on progress, risks, and dependencies. When trade-offs
appear, we make the impact on timeline, scope, and cost explicit before decisions are made.
