We at Svastanibhanda medical technologies pvt ltd develop an EHR - eMedHub product to service our clients doctors and patients.

We have a sophisticated software for all the needs of a clinic/hospital/doctors & patients which eases the process and allows the data storage on cloud in a secured way.

I work as the Chief operating officer here.

For what projects/services did your company hire Desmos Lab?

We wanted an enhanced mobile application for our product. SO we took the support of Desmos Lab.

What were your goals for this project?

To make the access easier to health data and patient doctor communication we wanted to build a mobile application.

How did you select this vendor?

It was through a reference from another client, that we got to know about the Desmos Lab service.

Describe the project in detail.

After our agreement was signed, the business requirements were shared, post which they came up with the mock ups & wire frames, they followed the agile methodology and shared us the project plan, reviews dates & demo dates in advance.

They kept us updated on the status regularly and also the requirement discussion was also kept warm to keep the project on track.

What was the team composition?

They ha assigned a Project manager with three developers & 1 QA. Our SPOC was the PM, but we felt free to contact the PM/Sales team, whenever required. Communication was easy and the team was approachable & responsive.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our project was delivered on time; Post delivery support is also handled very well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was smooth between both our teams. Our web app and mobile team; worked hand in hand to deliver the project promptly. Any bugs identified during UAT was also handled in a very impressive manner. Team members were also friendly and approachable to communicate during the development period.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We have worked with various other companies for such small out source development modules; but this team created a special impression in our minds. This is because of their out-standing commitment level & their depth knowledge on all the trending technologies.

They didn't just develop the project as assigned. They analyzed the project in detail and suggested new features to our client's benefit and ease of use, which created a remarkable memory. We would definitely look up for them for our future collaboration projects.
