We wanted to redesign our web site since this was old and we also wanted to rebrand ourselves by creating new logo , name card and letter heads and brochure.

We searched online and shortlisted few companies. After interviewing each one we selected Design Ocean based on their previous works.

We had a kick off meeting wherein we explained our requirements in detail. Design Ocean recommended the way forward and analyized the project in to various stages and delivered it phase wise. Web site was created in wordpress .

A project manger was our main point of contact and we are not aware of how many people were involved at the back office.

The website was effective since our traffic increased drastically immediately upon launch of the site. Brochure feedback also has been excellent from the market.

Communications were mainly email and online meetings and timelines were almost met.

Their designs were great. They used trending colors.

Timelines could have been better.

We’re launching The Barkery, a new program initiative to further support funding for our core youth programs: Susty Girl and Susty Environmental. We required a separate but connected brand identity that coalesced with our current sustainability mission and organic approach. We asked Design Ocean to create a logo for us that met our requirements.

We searched online and offline (WOM) and liked what we saw and read about Design Ocean. It seemed like a natural fit.

Final deliverable was a logo for The Barkery. A Pet Boutique And Bakery. Ocean Design spoke with us and read through some of our thoughts. They reviewed our website and listened to us describe who we are. They designed several versions in a timely manner for our review. We received the final logo in several renderings and file formats.

I worked directly with Thomas for everything from project discovery to final completion.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are just launching The Barkery and are experimenting with the logos for different reach out initiatives. We are using various textiles and are hoping for the best. Feedback on the logo has been extremely positive. People love it! It reasonates with all age groups. We are still testing additional demographics but are very pleased with Thomas and his organization.

Thomas is friendly and very direct. He delivered quickly and was very helpful and responsive to any changes we requested. Once we got started most of our communication was through email and text. Super easy.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They support non profits and understand our extremely tight budgets. The team was friendly and professional and cared about our project goals. He was determined to deliver a great product quickly and relatively seamlessly. He was successful in his endeavor!

For the most part everything hummed along. We did have an artistic glitch that Thomas was able to reconcile in a short period of time to satisfy us.

the project manager Oliver was very easy to communicate with and also if we were stuck on a colour he would tell the designers to provide us with the sample of the colour we were stuck on and was saw that the colour that Oliver was initially talking about was the best-suited one for this project. Overall, the collaboration was fantastic

well i was blown away by how everything turned out again Design Ocean didn't fail on anything they were very on point they helped us immensely we are go grateful to have chosen Design Ocean

Unfortunately due to the fact that we are a startup business, this information will not be available for a number of months after we kick off campaigns that involve viewing our website.

There are a few notable impressive components to Design Ocean which really stood out for me. The speed at which actions were carried outs and the flexibility to make changes impressed us. This was important to our business as we have never been through this process before.

In terms of areas for improvement I think in some cases the scope of works could have been communicated better. In some small elements we found that our expectations were not aligned with what was been offered.
