Petite P is a small online store sepcialising in unique and thoughtful gifts for various occasions. We were looking. for a cohesive set of branding templates that could be used across our product packaging, digital marketing materials, and social media platforms.  

Objectives:

• Establish a visually appealing an recognisable  brand identity.  
• Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.  
• Create flexible, easy-to-use templates for ongoing use.

We’re thrilled with the results and the impact Design Makers have had on my online gift shop. Here are some key outcomes

1. Brand Consistency Achieved – With the cohesive branding templates in place, my product packaging and social media now present a unified and professional look, strengthening brand recognition.  
2. Increased Engagement on Social Media – Since implementing the new social media templates, engagement rates (likes, comments, shares) have increased by around 35% and follower growth has improved by at least 20% and growing. 
3. Higher Customer Retention - The inclusion of branded thank-you cards and discount vouchers has contributed to a 15% increase in repeat purchases and customer loyalty. I have had some wonderful feedback from clients on the look of my branding.
4. Enhanced Product Presentation – The newly designed product labels and stickers have led to a more polished look and feel throughout. 
5. Streamlined Content Creation – The easy-to-use templates have saved me 8 plus hours per week on content creation, allowing for more efficient marketing efforts.

If I were to suggest any areas for enhancement, one minor one would be providing a few more initial concept variations to explore different creative directions before finalising the designs. This could offer even more flexibility in refining the perfect look.

I’m a rapid transformation therapist and spiritual coach, and my team consists of healers.

I hired Design Makers Co to design my logo, website, and branding.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had a brand meeting to get an idea of what I do and how I envisioned my branding. I put together a mood board of the things I liked. They came back to me with three different ideas. I selected what I liked from each one, and we came together to get the final logo and brand colors. They then put together a palette and a series of social media templates for me to keep and work with.

They also put my website together. We talked through what I needed, whether I wanted to add a shop where people could purchase things online, how many pages I wanted, and what I wanted to cover. We also worked together on the copy. I did a lot of the base of what I needed, and they helped me finalize it.

Currently, they're doing maintenance for me. I’ve taken on another team member, and they update my website with that additional member.

As soon as I launched the website, I published it on my social media accounts, and people started engaging with it immediately. The feedback on my social media has been fantastic — people absolutely love the branding and the website, which is more than I expected.

How did Design Makers Co perform from a project management standpoint?

They've held my hand through the whole process, guiding me to meet my expectations. We use Zoom, email, and WhatsApp for regular communication. 

There have been a couple of typos, but that's my fault because I made some changes to the copy. As soon as I spotted them, I emailed their team, and they handled it within three minutes.

Their speed and efficiency have been impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

When they initially created my branding, they gave me three options. A little bit more would’ve been nice, but I understood why they didn’t.
