The biggest project was development of our Brand Kit. It required a lot of assets and a few different design directions. Design Force pulled everything together nicely and in a VERY timely manner - especially with our multiple rounds of feedback from looping leadership in.

Communication and consistent updates are a big prioprity when choosing vendors. The ClickUp platform they utilize tracks what step the project is on, and alerts you when any updates are made. That is crucial to our organization and our internal team structure. The attention to detail is also greatly noticed.

  Email design assets, including banners and supporting visuals for campaigns and newsletters
• Digital ads in various formats for display, retargeting, and event promotions
• Event collateral such as signage, flyers, one-pagers, and booth graphics

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be around initial creative alignment, there are times when the first draft doesn’t fully meet our expectations and requires more detailed direction or revisions. That said, the team is always receptive to feedback and quick to make adjustments. As we’ve continued working together, they’ve become more in tune with our brand and preferences, so this has improved over time. A bit more proactive creative guidance up front would take the partnership to the next level.

Design Force has helped reduce my design time for a couple of projects by about 35%. I considered the time it would take me to create initial designs myself and calculated it based on the total design time of the project.

They were able to completed the requested design within the time allotted allow our studio to continue with other critical work - thereby expanding our capacity. The client was happy, the sales team had exactly what they needed for their in-person event.

I was a little surprised that the form factor was not what I was anticipating - but upon reflection, I can see how my description could have been misinterpreted. Our original goal was to update our website fully within a year. However, we are still working towards that goal due to some roadblocks within our company. Design Force responds quickly to any questions or concerns, and our designs are available for review within two days of making a request.

Their project management is excellent. They use an app called Click Up to keep track of tasks and other deliverables. It's straightforward to use. You can also communicate with your project manager within Click Up. Our timeframe is pretty loose, but Design Force quickly delivers high-quality work.
