If there’s one area for improvement, it would be around initial creative alignment, there are times when the first draft doesn’t fully meet our expectations and requires more detailed direction or revisions. That said, the team is always receptive to feedback and quick to make adjustments. As we’ve continued working together, they’ve become more in tune with our brand and preferences, so this has improved over time. A bit more proactive creative guidance up front would take the partnership to the next level.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Design Force has helped reduce my design time for a couple of projects by about 35%. I considered the time it would take me to create initial designs myself and calculated it based on the total design time of the project.

Design Force delivers on time and is responsive to my outreach. We've met with Ashley, Sophie, and Agustin a couple of times via Google Meet and do most of our communication within ClickUp.

They were able to completed the requested design within the time allotted allow our studio to continue with other critical work - thereby expanding our capacity. The client was happy, the sales team had exactly what they needed for their in-person event.

They were on time. They followed my guidelines. I was a little surprised that the form factor was not what I was anticipating - but upon reflection, I can see how my description could have been misinterpreted. In the end, it was a very small adjustment for our team to get things in the format needed.
