Reached out to DemandZEN to assist us with filling our sales pipeline with qualified opportunities. Current goal is to have 60 qualified meeting with viable prospects that have a need for our solutions.

We signed with them to get us 60 meetings with qualified retailers with only high-level titles. This included training their team on 3 different high-tech solutions that we sell. They report progress back to us on a weekly basis. They also share detailed notes with our sales team prior to scheduled meetings that they set up for us with our prospects.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Feedback has been easy as we have a Customer Success Director who meets with us on a weekly basis to discuss overall progress metrics, objections received, etc. They're a very positive, upbeat, and driven group of individuals.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the service?

With about one-third of the project completed, some meetings have already turned in to opportunities. The sales team is very happy with what they're getting.

They manage the entire project through packaged project management tools that are very basic for any of us to use and reference on an on-going basis. The customer success director is available via email, phone, and weekly meetings. Really as smooth as can be.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They treat themselves as an extension of our team when it comes to learning about technology, talking to us regularly, interacting with sales, etc.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing that I can think of at this moment.

I’m an account executive at FOCUS Learning. We provide the VISION and Qlarity software systems and expert consulting to help high-consequence industries design, manage, and optimize employee training and performance support programs for improved safety and job performance.

We hired DemandZEN to help drive engagement in our products to a wider audience than we had worked with previously.

DemandZEN focuses on outreach and handles the introductions of the meetings. So far, they’ve held 20 meetings with prospective clients.

Someone from our PE ownership group referred DemandZEN to me.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with DemandZEN in April 2026, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen an improved new business pipeline from these meetings, with roughly eight new opportunities. DemandZEN has kept 12 meetings so far at a 90% held rate.

How did DemandZEN perform from a project management standpoint?

DemandZEN delivers ahead of schedule.

What did you find most impressive about them?

DemandZEN has great communication and a willingness to get feedback on their approach.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could clean up some of the tech processes of getting meetings scheduled, but that’s very minor.

I’m the agency sales manager at Dyad Technology. We provide innovative technology solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity across the insurance distribution chain, serving agencies, wholesalers, MGAs, and carriers.

We needed help booking meetings for our Nexsure AMS.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DemandZEN has been responsible for learning about the insurance retail agency space, Dyad's language, messaging, and value proposition. The team has also been in charge of scheduling meetings and conducting initial research.

Someone referred DemandZEN to me. I chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit and offered good value for the cost.

We started working with DemandZEN in April 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

DemandZEN has scheduled meetings that have been attended by the desired contacts, which have ultimately led to qualified opportunities. So far, we've had four meetings, and our conversion rate is 25%.

How did DemandZEN perform from a project management standpoint?

DemandZEN has delivered on time so far. We communicate via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

DemandZEN's team is impressive because they communicate very well and are setting meetings with the right people from our ICPs.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve on getting people to show up for meetings they agreed to attend.
