As for areas of improvement, while our overall experience was positive, there were moments when we felt that additional training on certain features of the application could have been beneficial. However, this was a minor issue in the grand scheme of things, and DeliaSoft was quick to offer follow-up support to address any lingering questions.

I’m the owner of BAZGO, a hostel in Krakow.

We needed an internal software to manage our property.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team built the software application from scratch. At the start, we discussed our requirements and the problems we were having. After we talked about the project, they began working on the solution.

We worked with the CTO, a project manager, and two developers.

How did you come to work with DeliaSoft Sp. z o.o.?

Our main requirement was a company based in Krakow. After searching online, we liked their website and the information they provided. There were a few companies we were looking at, but we wanted to have a team located in Poland who could do it all.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent approximately $4,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I believe we started in March or April 2019. After three or four months of development, it was completed that November.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re very satisfied with the results. The price and quality were great. The team also provided us with training for our staff.

Before having this tool, it was complicated to register our guests. It’s helped us optimize the work at reception. It’s more convenient for our staff. Everything is on one system, and it’s also easier for our maids. They receive the information they need, and they can also send in cleaning requests.

How did DeliaSoft Sp. z o.o. perform from a project management standpoint?

Every week, the project manager provided us with a demo version of the app. We had some bugs, which they took care of, and then they delivered the final version.

If we need anything else, we will definitely work with them again because we know their team. It’s possible to talk to them frequently, and they’re careful about details.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team takes care of their clients. They help explain technical components that we weren’t familiar with. They also allowed us to test everything. It was a pretty good experience. With not having a technical background, we’re able to be involved in something that directly benefits our clients.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’re satisfied with the product we received, and I wouldn’t change anything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The most important thing is to talk to your project manager, answer any questions they ask, and then the process will be smooth. Trust them and listen to their advice. Their team gives good advice on how to make the best solution with any budget.
