• Delante failed to deliver results within the promised timeframe. 
• Despite assuring me of significant improvements in search engine rankings and website traffic, their efforts fell very far of what was projected and what I was sold on. Nearly a year passed with barely any progress.
• Delante exhibited a blatant disregard for addressing my specific needs and concerns. Despite outlining my business goals and target audience, their SEO strategies seemed generic and lacked personalization. 
• It was evident that Delante hadn't taken the time to understand the unique aspects of my industry or tailor their approach accordingly.
• Communication with Delante was another major issue. Attempting to reach them for updates or clarification often proved futile, as emails went unanswered and phone calls went unreturned. This lack of responsiveness only added to the frustration of an already disappointing experience.
• In addition to their poor performance, the lack of transparency from Delante was concerning. They left me in the dark about the effectiveness of their efforts and where my investment was truly going (for example using AI to generate articles they claimed to be writing).

Overall, my experience with Delante was terrible. Their failure to deliver on promises, address my needs, maintain open communication, and provide transparency reflects poorly on their professionalism and integrity as an SEO agency.

Setting Realistic Expectations: Delante should have been more realistic in their promises and timelines for delivering resultst to us. Overpromising and masively underdelivering leads to dissatisfaction and mistrust.
Personalization and Understanding Client Needs: Taking the time to understand our specific needs and goals would have been great. Delante could have conducted a thorough consultation process to gather information about the our industry and target audience. This would have enabled them to customize the SEO strategies much more effectively. Our new SEO agency is doing a great job of this so we're now aware of how professional agencies run the process. We realize now that DElante never took the time to understand our business. 
Transparency: Providing transparent reports on the progress of the SEO campaign would have been nice. Delante could have offered comprehensive reports outlining truthful performance metrics. 

Accountability and Responsiveness: Delante should have been more accountable for their actions and responsive to our inquiries and concerns.
