Our team hired DEFQON to be our PR agent as well as develop our website. They also handled all of our online advertisements and marketing campaigns. Their team created my Instagram and Facebook accounts as well as took care of my SEO efforts.

Because this was my first time working in e-commerce, I had ideas in mind, but it was DEFQON who recommended using Shopify. My wife is a fashion designer, and I’ve always asked her to start her own business. When I hired DEFQON, we gave them some concepts, and they compiled everything from scratch. Their team built a completely new website.

I really appreciate what DEFQON has done for my company. Within one month, our e-commerce store was online. They’ve been with me since the beginning, and I’m really happy with their work. Their team designed and handled everything from A to Z, and they did a brilliant job in embedding my photos.

They’re really professional. Their work is up to the mark and can compete with any international company. I was in the US recently and went to a similar company in New York. When I checked out their work and compared it to DEFQON, they were pretty much on the same level of quality. Overall, I’m satisfied that DEFQON could give me the same work as an international company but with fewer resources.

They always met the project timelines. DEFQON was diligent in everything they did and understood what I wanted from them. They went out of their way to help me achieve my goals. The digital world is new to me, but they educated and explained every stage. The DEFQON team members are professional, and I really like all of them. What did you find most impressive about them?

DEFQON was committed to the project. They give maximum results to their customers while using fewer resources. What’s more, their customer base increases day-by-day. If I had to call in the middle of the night because something was wrong, they answered and addressed my need — I don’t think anyone else would do that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s always room for improvement. They’re a fairly new company, but with time they’ll grow and learn from their mistakes. I advise them to work hard and try to obtain as many international clients as they can.

As the wave of digital transformation swept through Pakistan, and trade with China, particularly in manufacturing within our industry, saw a surge, Cool Point recognized the need for a digital partner. Our goal was to showcase over 25 years of experience and craftsmanship to the local Pakistani market and on a global scale, particularly in China and the MENA region. We sought a partner with a track record of working with manufacturing units and a deep understanding of B2B business dynamics. 

Flexibility was paramount for us, considering our corporate team's constant movement and our technical staff often being in the field. After evaluating several teams in the area, we chose Defqon as our partner. Our requirements were for a long-term collaboration with a clear objective: to expose our market-leading capabilities comprehensively to the world.

In line with our long-term digital transformation strategy, Defqon was tasked with revamping our website, developing a content strategy, managing all our social media pages, implementing extensive SEO across more than 500 keywords, and creating an animated video showcasing our processes. 

They were also entrusted to running email marketing campaigns, aligning our data in CRM like HubSpot, managing paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, and PPC on Google, and overseeing our digital presence at expos – essentially, leading our digital and marketing efforts since 2017.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

To kick things off, website traffic saw an initial boost after the first release and experienced significant growth as the impact of SEO and content marketing became evident. A noteworthy shift occurred with the introduction of a dedicated sales person on the chat platform – a novel initiative for us. 

This move resulted in a mix of both hot and cold leads, eventually transforming into qualified leads that garnered attention from our Senior Management. With the progression of SEO and targeted marketing efforts, our presales team started receiving leads from previously unidentified locations. Our awareness and lead generation campaigns across various platforms not only built a community culture but also facilitated regular updates.

Leveraging the newly established CRM database, we implemented pixel tracking on LinkedIn and Facebook to highlight and create a sales funnel. Over the past six years of collaboration with Defqon, our growth has been nothing short of remarkable, quadrupling since the inception of our Transformation 4.0 journey with them.

this was a new brand as concept . I needed a team that would work with us in business as well as digital strategy . after that we needed a new website , social media management , lead generation and community management for our perspective clients . we also wanted to be on google rankings so advanced SEO was needed .

my company has been working with defqon since year 2018 on multiple projects and based on their domain authority and successful deliveries in the past we decided to utilise their services once again for our new project .

during several brainstorming sessions with defqon’s account and business management teams we charted out a on year action plan after swot analysis of the market dynamics . once that was finalised the next step was digital presence . defqon’s media team went to northern area to capture all content of cottages that we had aligned and took images and created video / drone content in 2 weeks . later all content was digitised and made relevant.

then defqon got a rental portal theme approved and had around 30 cottages content written and displayed on a word press portal . next stage was social media set up and management . defqon managed that since then and later went to performance marketing creating leads for cottages rentals - we got tons of bookings and defqon even managed community so answer and deal with clients i think they used jasper for content , google analytics , tidily for chat bot and buffer for postings

we are still live with defqon and bookings are beyond our expectations . we got results of 1:11 on our ad spend as they call it ROAS . we were totally booked in summers and even sometime in off season due to the marketing deals that defqon and our team decided .
