Elogic Commerce designed and developed a website for a real estate company, integrating e-commerce capabilities to make it work as a marketplace. The technology stack included Magento and React.
The new site had very fast loading times and helped the client increase their conversion rate by 15%–20%. Elogic Commerce was very communicative and collaborative, leveraging tools like Slack and ActiveCollab. Additionally, they worked fast and proactively to meet the client’s goals.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the assistant to a C-level executive at WTG Spain, a real estate company owned by Ukrainian people and selling real estate properties in Spain.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Elogic Commerce?
We mainly work online, so it was important for us to create a proper website that could serve us as a landing page and a place to provide clients with information about our properties for sale. We also wanted it to function like a marketplace to embed the possibility for other partners and sellers to incorporate their offerings so that we had more properties on display.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Elogic Commerce designed and developed our website. Initially, we went through a discovery process that included stakeholder interviews to assess our requirements. After that, they built the website, integrating a marketplace functionality to meet our needs — that feature was Elogic Commerce’s idea. As for the technology stack, the site is based on Magento and uses React for its frontend.
What is the team composition?
We worked with a project manager, a team of designers, two backend developers, two frontend developers, a DevOps engineer, and a QA engineer.
How did you come to work with Elogic Commerce?
We issued an RFP to various e-commerce development agencies we found online. On their proposal, Elogic Commerce offered to run a thorough discovery phase and conduct interviews to scope the project better — we really liked that idea.
They also gave us the opportunity to talk to their team members during the initial interview to see if we would be comfortable with the team we would be working with, which we did, so we moved forward with them. We wanted to build this website quickly, and fortunately, Elogic Commerce was available to assign a full team to the project to deliver it quickly.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between €25,000–€50,000 (approximately $26,000–$53,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from November 2021–February 2022. Still, they help us with maintenance on an ad-hoc basis; whenever we need something, we can reach out to them.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The e-commerce site developed by Elogic Commerce had a very positive impact on our business — that’s why we agreed to leave a review for them. Compared to our former website, the new one had faster page loading times. Moreover, our conversion rate increased by 15%–20%.
How did Elogic Commerce perform from a project management standpoint?
We were pleased with Elogic Commerce’s project management methodology. We had a daily standing meeting with the project manager and the rest of their team. Additionally, we set up a Gantt chart with the timeline and the project’s structure.
As for collaboration tools, we used Slack and ActiveCollab for communication and documentation management. On Active Collab, we could also see and track the hours Elogic Commerce spent on certain tasks.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Overall, we were very satisfied with how Elogic Commerce worked. Their team was fast and met the goals we wanted to achieve in a straightforward manner. We really appreciated their hands-on approach because we didn’t want this project to distract us from our main business activities.
Are there any areas they could improve?
As customers, we would always like to pay cheaper rates. Other than that, we’re very happy with our collaboration.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Go for the initial discovery phase because it’s a great idea. It will prevent you from engaging with them or any other company on a full project. If you have a discovery phase first, you can see if you like their style and decide whether to move forward or not before paying more money. Still, you’ll really like Elogic Commerce’s work and move forward.

Elogic Commerce provides development staff augmentation services for a web and mobile solutions company. The team has provided a senior Shopify Plus developer to integrate with the client's internal team.
Elogic Commerce's developer has contributed to the client's sprints within three days of joining. The team's performance has been successful, and the client has seen positive results. Moreover, Elogic Commerce has stood out for their clear and proactive communication throughout the engagement.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a project manager at Immersetech. We build scalable custom web and mobile solutions for startups and SaaS companies, helping them move from idea to working product fast.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Elogic Commerce?
We needed to provide a senior Shopify Plus developer embedded within our delivery team for a client project involving custom B2B e-commerce logic, ERP integration, and third-party API connections. The developer needed to be technically autonomous, communicate directly with our PM and the client's technical stakeholders, and integrate into our sprint structure from week one without a long ramp-up period.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Immersetech needed a senior Shopify Plus developer embedded within their delivery team for a client project involving complex B2B commerce logic and ERP integration. Elogic Commerce ran a scoping session to align on requirements, data architecture, and integration touchpoints before the developer joined the sprint cycle. A dedicated senior Shopify Plus developer has been integrated into our team for the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping through delivery and post-launch support. The developer owns the entire e-commerce layer, including the storefront build, B2B account and pricing logic, ERP integration, and ongoing optimization after go-live.
Before the developer joined our sprint cycle, Elogic Commerce ran a scoping session to align on our client's requirements, data architecture, and integration touchpoints. That onboarding was thorough and paid for itself immediately. The developer came in understanding the scope, which eliminated the ramp-up lag we'd experienced with augmented team members before and meant we were shipping real work from day three.
Key deliverables include a fully custom Shopify Plus storefront supporting B2B and B2C buying workflows; B2B account hierarchy with role-based access and contract pricing logic; bidirectional ERP integration covering real-time inventory, pricing sync, and order data; third-party API connections for fulfillment and CRM; performance optimization maintaining strong Core Web Vitals; and post-launch support as the client scaled.
What is the team composition?
We work with 2 senior Shopify Plus developers from Elogic Commerce embedded in our team, supported by an account manager handling coordination and escalations.
How did you come to work with Elogic Commerce?
We researched staff augmentation providers with verifiable Shopify Plus depth - not generalist dev shops claiming ecommerce experience. Elogic's case studies and Clutch reviews showed a consistent track record of complex Shopify Plus delivery. A referral from a contact who had used their dedicated team service confirmed it. The intake call closed the decision - they asked about our sprint structure, communication tools, and technical standards before talking about rates.
How much have you invested with them?
We've spent around $200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in December 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The numbers that matter most to us as a delivery team are internal. Developers have been fully contributing to our sprints within three days of joining; previous augmented hires typically took 2–3 weeks to reach that point. The first-pass code review approval rate has run at 94% throughout the engagement, which is higher than some of our own senior engineers. We've delivered the full project 11 days ahead of the original timeline, which has had a direct impact on the client's go-to-market schedule.
On the client side, B2B self-service adoption has reached 78% of their buyer base within the first 45 days, significantly ahead of the 50% target they'd set for month three. ERP integration uptime has been 99.8% since launch with zero manual interventions required. The client's sales team has reduced time spent on manual order coordination by roughly 55 hours per week. Feature deployment frequency has doubled compared to what the client had achieved with their previous development partner.
How did Elogic Commerce perform from a project management standpoint?
Elogic Commerce has stood out for clear, proactive communication. We always understand the status, risks, and next steps, and the team is responsive whenever issues come up. The account manager checks in consistently without being intrusive. When requirements shift mid-sprint, the developer adapts without friction and without turning every change into a renegotiation.
Their project management is disciplined and transparent, which keeps our delivery aligned and prevents the kind of surprises that typically derail augmented team arrangements. Governance feels like genuine support rather than overhead, structured enough to protect the timeline.
What did you find most impressive about them?
How fast developers have become a genuine part of our team rather than an external resource to manage. Most augmented developers take weeks to reach full productivity; this one has been contributing meaningfully from day three and making independent architectural decisions by the end of week one. That speed of integration is rare and has real commercial value when you're running fixed-scope client projects.
Beyond the team dynamics, the Shopify Plus depth is real. Complex B2B e-commerce logic, ERP and CRM integrations, and pricing workflows are handled with minimal direction. Their ability to integrate e-commerce with backend systems is a major reason the program has succeeded on schedule. After launch, they continue to add value through optimization and proactive problem-solving rather than just maintaining what was there. For a staff augmentation engagement of this complexity, Elogic Commerce has delivered strong value for money. I would recommend them to any technology team that needs reliable senior-level Shopify Plus expertise that actually integrates into how you work — they're not just technically capable but operationally compatible.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there's nothing major to improve.

Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
We decorate custom hats, apparel, and promo products with company logos.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Elogic Commerce to accomplish?
We needed to solve several challenges that BigCommerce couldn't handle natively: complex product configuration logic (decoration types, logo placement, stitch counts, quantity-based pricing), a clearer UX for both individual and bulk buyers, accurate order data flowing into our admin systems, and better mobile performance. We also wanted our team to manage merchandising independently without relying on developers for every change.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Elogic built a fully custom Stencil theme, implemented advanced product configuration logic beyond standard platform capabilities, integrated BigCommerce REST and GraphQL APIs to streamline order workflows, and created custom storefront widgets for independent merchandising management. They also redesigned the product page UX for configurable and bulk orders, optimised mobile performance, and have been supporting ongoing development since launch.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Inbound support requests related to product configuration dropped noticeably after the UX redesign. Our team now manages promotions and merchandising without raising developer tickets. Order data flows accurately into admin systems on every transaction, eliminating daily manual reconciliation. Mobile performance improved meaningfully following the responsive layout work. The ongoing partnership continues to deliver new features without starting from scratch each time.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Disciplined and transparent throughout. Deliverables were consistently on time, and we always knew where things stood - status, risks, next steps were communicated clearly. When requirements changed, the team adapted without friction. Their responsiveness and proactive problem-solving reduced our risk on a technically complex project and made the collaboration feel genuinely reliable. For a project of this complexity, Elogic delivered strong value for money - their structured process lowered risk and improved execution quality in ways that a cheaper, less experienced agency simply couldn't have.
What was your primary form of communication with Elogic Commerce?
Virtual Meeting
Email or Messaging App
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their ability to translate complex, non-standard business requirements into working solutions - not just technically sound builds, but outcomes that actually improved our operations. They were especially strong at handling the hybrid B2C/B2B commerce requirements - pricing logic, bulk ordering workflows, and account-specific configurations that most agencies would have struggled to scope correctly. The ongoing support after launch has continued to add real value, which matters when the platform needs to keep evolving. I would recommend Elogic for any commerce project involving non-standard product logic, hybrid business models, or platform customisation where reliable execution and technical depth genuinely matter.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Elogic Commerce could have done differently?
The scoping phase required more input from our side than we expected initially - but in hindsight, that thoroughness prevented rework later. A lightweight onboarding checklist at the start would help set those expectations earlier.

Elogic Commerce has migrated a large-scale e-commerce platform a legacy platform to Salesforce Commerce Cloud for an e-commerce solutions company. The team has also conducted a UX/UI assessment and CRO audit.
Elogic Commerce has delivered improvements both operationally and from a customer experience perspective. The team's project management is structured; they hold regular status meetings and maintain clear task tracking. Elogic Commerce's open communication around risks and dependencies stand out.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We’re an e-commerce solutions provider that works with retail businesses on strategy and implementation projects. Our team helps clients evaluate technology options, plan platform migrations to ensure new systems support both operational workflows and long-term business goals.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Elogic Commerce?
One of our clients needed to migrate from a legacy e-commerce platform to Salesforce Commerce Cloud. The company operates across 50+ international markets and manages a catalog of 40,000+ SKUs, so the migration required careful planning to avoid disrupting ongoing operations. The legacy platform also had limited integration with the client’s Salesforce ecosystem, which created inefficiencies around product updates, pricing synchronization, and order processing. In addition, the storefront UX had become outdated, and conversion performance was below expectations.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Elogic led the Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation, including storefront development, catalog configuration, B2B customer account functionality, and integration with the client’s Salesforce-based backend systems for product data, pricing synchronization, and automated order management. Early in the project, they conducted a UX/UI assessment and CRO audit. Based on those findings, the team redesigned key parts of the customer journey, including product discovery, category navigation, and checkout. They also supported architecture planning during the implementation.
What is the team composition?
The project team included a project manager, a Salesforce Commerce Cloud architect, UX/UI specialists, and SFCC developers. For more complex technical discussions, we also had access to senior technical leadership from Elogic.
How did you come to work with Elogic Commerce?
We identified Elogic while researching Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementation partners. Their experience implementing Salesforce Commerce Cloud in complex ecommerce environments and integrating it with Salesforce-based systems made them stand out compared to other vendors we evaluated.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in August 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The migration has delivered measurable improvements both operationally and from a customer experience perspective. Elogic Commerce has improved integration with the client’s Salesforce backend systems and automated processes that previously required manual work, particularly around order synchronization and product data updates. This has resulted in a 60% reduction in manual order processing tasks.
Following the launch and UX improvements, the client has seen improvements in key e-commerce metrics, including a 15% increase in the conversion rate and an 18% reduction in the bounce rate.
How did Elogic Commerce perform from a project management standpoint?
Elogic Commerce’s project management is structured. Regular status meetings, clear task tracking, and open communication around risks and dependencies have helped keep the implementation predictable even as requirements have evolved. We communicate via email and messaging apps.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their ability to combine strong technical delivery with a clear understanding of business objectives stands out. In addition to implementing the platform migration, they helped improve the overall customer experience through UX/UI improvements and CRO recommendations that had a measurable impact on conversion performance.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Nothing significant comes to mind.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
The scope of work for our Online Ordering System was set to cover the end-to-end customer journey from the selection of products to ordering, delivering and invoicing all in one platform. We required to build a highly sophisticated, multi-region B2B self-service portal that could operate in Thailand, Singapore, India, Spain, and further rollouts through our future expansion plan. The core challenge was the immense architectural complexity; the platform had to integrate seamlessly with our existing systems for Product Information (PIM) and our ERP for all things related to pricing, order management and invoicing. Key deliverables included:
B2B Ecommerce Platform with customer accoutn management, storefront, order placement.
Integrated product catalogue
System integrations (ERP, PIM)
Multi-country rollout and localisation support
Future-proof capabilities to build a Customer Experience Portal
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The complexity of this integration cannot be overstated, and Elogic delivered a robust system that met our rigorous enterprise standards. Based on our extensive UAT and current rollout phase, the platform is projected to drive strong self-service adoption, effectively eliminating up to 60% of manual order entry work for our sales teams. By synchronizing invoices, shipment statuses, and pricing directly from SAP, we anticipate a 40% reduction in customer service inquiries. Furthermore, the automated approval flow drastically reduces cycle times and improves overall order accuracy.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Elogic Commerce demonstrated a structured and proactive approach to project management, maintaining regular communication and alignment through status meetings, and clearly defined next steps.
They showed a strong understanding of ecommerce best practices and were responsive in adapting to evolving requirements, particularly in areas such as platform scope, rollout strategy, and integration considerations.
Delivery timelines were generally aligned with project priorities, although progress depended on the complexity of integrations and internal dependencies.
Overall, Elogic responded constructively to feedback and business needs, providing guidance not only on development but also on rollout planning and go‑to‑market considerations, which contributed positively to advancing the platform and clarifying the path forward.
What was your primary form of communication with Elogic Commerce?
Virtual Meeting
Email or Messaging App
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their ability to solve deep technical challenges that other vendors might struggle with. The way they handled the custom multi-shipping logic and real-time ERP pricing simulation on Adobe Commerce proves their exceptional engineering capabilities. Moreover, they showed remarkable flexibility when requirements changed during the build.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Elogic Commerce could have done differently?
Given the complexity of syncing Magento, PIM, and our ERP simultaneously, there were naturally tough architectural decisions to make, but the Elogic team navigated them transparently and professionally. We are highly satisfied with the partnership and look forward to their long-term support and optimization after launch.

Thanks to the custom "site builder," we can now launch a new, fully personalized B2B client site in just 1 to 2 weeks, down from our previous 4 to 5 weeks, driving incredible self-service adoption for our internal team. By automating the transmission of design PDFs to the printing vendors, we’ve seen a massive improvement in order accuracy and a significant cycle-time reduction, completely streamlining our operational efficiency.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Elogic’s responsive, transparent communication and strong project management and expectation-setting are standout qualities. They don't just execute tasks; they act as true partners. Their structured governance acted as risk reduction, not bureaucracy, ensuring everything stayed on track.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Elogic Commerce could have done differently?
Managing 18 distinct sites with customized ERP syncs naturally comes with a steep learning curve for our internal team. However, Elogic’s long-term support and optimization after launch have been phenomenal, providing the documentation and hands-on help we needed to master the new ecosystem.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Discovery phase - Elogic mapped the client's procurement workflows, ERP data architecture, buyer hierarchy, and integration touchpoints in detail before development began. That upfront investment eliminated costly misalignments and gave us confidence the build would reflect real operational needs. B2B portal development - custom storefront build with multi-tier account structures, buyer role permissions, and a self-service ordering interface designed for wholesale procurement workflows. Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration - bidirectional real-time sync covering inventory levels, order status, customer account data, and contract pricing. Not a standard API connection but a deep integration reflecting the client's specific data model and pricing logic. Contract pricing logic - custom pricing rules based on buyer account type, volume thresholds, and contract terms synced directly from Dynamics 365. UX and design - the self-service portal was optimized for B2B buyers - quick reorder, bulk ordering, and account management. Post-launch support - platform stabilization, performance optimization, and proactive problem-solving as the client scaled operations.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Order errors dropped and fulfilment sped up by around 30% after launch.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Excellently. Communication was clear and proactive throughout - we always understood project status, risks, and next steps. Their project manager maintained clear visibility into milestones, risks, and dependencies. When requirements evolved mid-project - which on a B2B implementation of this scale is inevitable - Elogic was flexible and solutions-oriented, explaining the impact, proposing alternatives, and keeping things moving without unnecessary friction. Their governance structure felt like risk management rather than bureaucracy - structured enough to prevent surprises, lean enough to stay efficient.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their ability to handle genuine ERP integration complexity stood out. The Dynamics 365 integration required deep understanding of our client's data architecture, custom pricing logic, and procurement workflow - it was not a templated connection. Elogic's integration specialist knew the platform well and navigated the complexity without creating delays. Combined with their B2B commerce expertise - account hierarchies, contract pricing, self-service portal logic - this was exactly the kind of delivery partner we needed for a high-stakes enterprise engagement. For a project of this complexity, they delivered strong value for money because their process lowered risk and improved execution quality.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Elogic Commerce could have done differently?
Nothing that materially impacted delivery

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and position.
I am the CEO of Claspo
Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
Claspo helps eCommerce marketers turn existing Shopify traffic into high-intent opt-ins and sales through personalized, behavioral-triggered popups and widgets.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Elogic Commerce to accomplish?
Build a proper Shopify Plus B2B portal with custom account structures and wholesale pricing logic.
Integrate the storefront reliably with the client's CRM.
Implement a clean custom event tracking layer that Claspo's behavioral triggers could actually rely on. This point was non-negotiable for us - if the data layer was wrong, our product would continue underperforming regardless of everything else.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Discovery phase - before writing a single line of code, Elogic mapped the full integration architecture: how data would flow between Shopify, the CRM, the marketing automation stack, and Claspo. That upfront clarity eliminated the integration surprises that typically surface two weeks after launch.
Shopify Plus B2B portal - custom storefront with multi-tier account structures, buyer role permissions, and a self-service ordering interface built for wholesale workflows.
CRM integration - bidirectional real-time sync covering customer account data, order history, and contract pricing pulled directly from the CRM.
Custom event tracking layer - a clean, reliable behavioral data layer specifically designed for Claspo's popup targeting logic - not a workaround, a proper implementation.
Wholesale pricing logic - contract-based pricing rules synced from CRM based on buyer account type and volume thresholds.
Post-launch support - platform stabilization, performance optimization, and proactive problem-solving as the client scaled.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The results were immediate and measurable. Claspo's popup campaigns went from misfiring to delivering 3x higher opt-in rates - directly attributable to the clean event tracking layer Elogic built. The client's manual order workload dropped by 55% once the CRM integration eliminated manual processing. Repeat wholesale orders increased by 25% in the first quarter post-launch, and B2B landing page conversion improved by 28%. For us as a tool provider, the most meaningful metric was that our product finally worked the way it was designed to - because the infrastructure underneath it was built properly.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Excellently. Communication was clear and proactive throughout - we always understood project status, risks, and next steps. Their project manager maintained visibility into milestones and dependencies throughout. When requirements shifted mid-project - particularly around the event tracking specification - Elogic was flexible and solutions-oriented, presenting options clearly and keeping delivery on track without disruption. Their governance structure felt like risk management rather than bureaucracy - structured enough to prevent surprises, lean enough to stay efficient. They used Slack for day-to-day collaboration, which kept communication accessible throughout the engagement.
What was your primary form of communication with Elogic Commerce?
Virtual Meeting
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their understanding that a Shopify store doesn't exist in isolation. Most agencies think about the storefront. Elogic thought about the entire technology ecosystem - how data flows between systems, how integrations affect downstream tools, and how architectural decisions made during development impact everything built on top of the platform. For a company like Claspo whose product depends entirely on clean behavioral data, that systems-level thinking was the difference between a project that worked and one that looked good but underperformed. Combined with strong B2B commerce expertise and direct access to leadership when it mattered, this genuinely felt like a partnership rather than a vendor engagement. For a project of this complexity, they delivered strong value for money because their process lowered risk and improved execution quality.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Elogic Commerce could have done differently?
Nothing that affected the outcome.

A staffing solutions company has hired Elogic Commerce to develop and design a B2B e-commerce platform using Adobe Commerce. The team has built an ordering portal and integrated it with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Elogic Commerce's work has reduced manual catalog management by 40% and shifted over half of the end client's orders to the new platform. The team's reliable project management and deep B2B e-commerce expertise have resulted in a practical solution that has met the end client's needs.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the CEO of Global Staffing Support (GSS). We're a full-service remote staffing partner for European companies. Rather than just finding candidates, we own the entire employee lifecycle — recruiting, onboarding, back-office operations, and retention — so our clients can scale without building those functions in-house.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Elogic Commerce?
The client relied heavily on manual order handling through email and internal tools. Distributors had limited visibility into product availability and pricing, which created delays and operational inefficiencies. The objective was to introduce a digital ordering system that would allow distributors to browse products, check inventory, and submit orders online while keeping the entire process synchronized with the company’s ERP-driven operational workflows. Because pricing, customer data, and order management were controlled through Dynamics 365, the platform required a reliable integration architecture to maintain data consistency across systems.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Elogic was responsible for a new B2B ecommerce ordering platform built on Adobe Commerce (Magento). Their team handled the platform development and designed the integration architecture connecting the storefront with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The scope included building the distributor ordering portal, implementing account-based access and pricing rules, and synchronizing product data, inventory levels, and order flows between the ecommerce platform and the ERP system. The UI was developed from scratch based on UX concepts defined during the strategy phase to support fast ordering, repeat purchases, and efficient procurement workflows for wholesale buyers.
What is the team composition?
The project involved a Business Analyst coordinating requirements, a Solution Architect overseeing the platform design, 3 Backend and 1 Frontend Adobe Commerce developers responsible for implementation, a designer working on the user interface, and DevOps engineers supporting the deployment environment.
How did you come to work with Elogic Commerce?
Elogic is widely recognized as a top B2B ecommerce development company and is often recommended for integration-heavy commerce projects. Their track record building B2B platforms and connecting them with operational systems gave us confidence they could handle the technical complexity of this project.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in August 2025, and our engagement is ongoing. The client continues working on incremental improvements as the business grows.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The introduction of the portal significantly simplified the ordering workflow for distributors and reduced the amount of manual work required internally. With the ecommerce platform connected directly to Microsoft Dynamics 365, product information, pricing, and order data now remain synchronized across systems. Data consistency between platforms is maintained at roughly 99.8%, while improved product information workflows reduced manual catalog management work by around 40%.
How did Elogic Commerce perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management has been reliable and predictable. We always have a clear understanding of timelines, risks, and priorities, which has made it easy to coordinate work across multiple teams. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Elogic Commerce's experience with B2B e-commerce has been noticeable throughout the project. The ordering workflows, account structure, and pricing logic have been designed with real distributor purchasing behavior in mind, which has made the final solution practical for everyday use.
Are there any areas they could improve?
From our perspective, the engagement has met the expectations we had going into the project. The platform has delivered the functionality the client needed, and the collaboration between teams has remained productive throughout the implementation.
