Most of our regular clients were placing orders through Telegram. That worked when volumes were smaller, but it became difficult to track briefs, revisions, payments, and delivery dates once several teams were ordering at the same time.

We did not need a traditional online store. We needed a service-ordering flow that reflected how creative production actually works. Elogic Commerce spent the first part of the project reviewing real briefs with our production team and mapping the decisions a client makes before we can start working. 

They then built a Shopify Plus portal with a custom service configurator. Clients could choose the creative type, number of variations, target GEO, language, aspect ratios, and turnaround time. The portal also included customer accounts, saved company details, order statuses, file uploads, payment processing, notifications, and a section for downloading finished materials.

Elogic Commerce handled the UX, Shopify development, payment integration, analytics setup, testing, and launch. They also trained our coordinators and documented how to update service packages and pricing without involving a developer.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Three months after launch, around 64% of repeat orders were being submitted through the portal without a manager recreating the brief manually.

The average time needed to prepare and confirm a new order fell from roughly 24 minutes to nine minutes. The number of briefs returned because of missing dimensions, GEOs, or source files decreased by 41%.

Our coordinators also spent about ten fewer hours per week answering routine questions about payments, order status, and delivery links. The biggest result was not simply more orders. It was that the same volume became much easier to manage.

We worked in ClickUp, reviewed designs directly in Figma, and had a short Google Meet demo at the end of each week. Elogic Commerce also recorded Loom videos when a feature needed more explanation, which was useful because our production team works across different schedules. 

The main portal was delivered on time. Approval from the payment provider took several days longer than planned, but Elogic Commerce warned us early and moved training and content setup forward while we waited.

The client's team also reported fewer issues with incorrect prices and unavailable products — a small but meaningful improvement for their day-to-day operations.
