A home remodeling design center and retail store. We offer a combination of licensed contracting services as well as premiere flooring, paint, cabinets, vanities, counter tops and tile to deliver Expert Solutions for our Client's Design Inspiration.

Davisworks has been instrumental in the redevlopment of our Apex Design - Remodeling theme effectively shifting the focus from a retail store approach to a Specialty Service Operation that provides Premiere Brands as an additonal benefit/extension of our turnkey business. 
This shift has helped us distinguish ourselves from being "just another retailer" to something the Big Boxes, chain stores and even most dealerships cannot duplicate.  Davisworks provided us with world class website and social media marketing for a manageable small business budget.

Ranked on Page 1 of Google for multiple keywords. Better qualified leads. Effective marketing shift to a targeted clentele.

The Davisworks team opened with a great prequalification process, asked questions to understand our business and goals. They researched the competiton among other items like product brands for quality comparisons etc. They listened well and focus their attack on the right issues. 
They came back with a comprehensive plan and affordable budget. Once we set the plan in motion the execution was excellent. Now that we are underway they respond well to feedback and make adjustments accordingly. They work hard in the background so we can focus on our clients. I love knowing they are out their working when we don't have time to think about marketing.

The quality and talent of the people and their attention to our needs were impressive. I fired two other companies in this field, one small business operator and one National Brand that could not or would not take care of our website and marketing effectively. Davisworks has proven to be the RIGHT Solution for us. World class capabilities with personal service.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Davis Works Consulting could have done differently?

Like any company they have (small) opportunities for improvement. Nothing worthy of mention because they respond to my feedback. We didn't change service because we needed perfection, we hired Davisworks because we needed better dialogue and responsive support.
