Dave Ashworth helped us review our position if we left Reach, who we were paying for Google Ads. They said we would 'drop off' the radar by leaving them. They provided terrible service for a long time, but Dave Ashworth backed it up with actual data on what we might lose, which was not dropping off the face of the earth, so we left them.Moreover, Dave Ashworth reviewed both of our websites to ensure we were compatible with Google and had the right words in the right places. When we suggested certain things that other competitors were doing, he advised us not to follow suit and explained why to keep us playing the Google game.Additionally, he advised us to keep our Google reviews consistent, keep our Google Business Profile fresh, and keep posting blogs. He left us with a live report showing what people were typing in to find us. He also amended our website alongside our website creator.

Improved ecommerce data accuracy - The tracking fixes resulted in more reliable ecommerce data across GA4 and reporting, reducing gaps and inconsistencies in transaction and revenue measurement.

Better reporting confidence - The client had greater confidence in the analytics data being used for ecommerce and performance reporting.

Stronger server-side tracking setup - Server-side tracking improved the robustness of the measurement setup and reduced reliance on browser-only tracking.

Clearer ecommerce performance reporting - Reporting was improved so the Fulling Mill team could more easily understand website, sales and marketing performance.

In the two weeks since we implemented the latest optimizations, we’ve seen a 27% increase in search impressions and a 3% increase in clicks. In the past three months, the volume of traffic and key actions on our site has nearly doubled:While our reach has expanded, there was a slight decrease in engagement efficiency. Our engagement rate dipped by 7.5% (from 44.16% to 40.85%). The growth was largely driven by direct and organic search traffic. Our direct traffic saw the largest jump, growing from 11,674 to 33,024 active users. Our organic search traffic improved steadily from 20,178 to 33,510 active users.
