It helps avoid confusion and data hiccups, as well as anything bad happening. Our files are automatically backed up every 6 hours, which are stored in an external server in case of an external threat.
What challenge were you trying to address with the service provider?
We wanted to come together with a provider that would help us better our company as a whole, and improve as much as possible. I think that, for the most part, we have been able to accomplish these goals. That is a huge plus.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of the service provider's involvement?
They help store all the information and data we need from our servers onto another external server by automatically backing up all the company's files. This keeps all the company's finances, vitals, templates, charities, payroll, etc. in a neat order.

We are on an automated month to month plan that is paid via our business card. We pay somewhere around $250 a month for the servers as well as the services provided.
