We wanted to build a web app with registration, a questionnaire, a matching algorithm, and a chat function.

First, we had an initial online meeting for discussing the scope of the project, decided on a classic agile sprint method. After that, we had 4 sprints with reviews and iterations in between.

The contract details were done together with the business developer. Project details were discussed with the project manager and done by a team of 3 people (designer, frontend, backend).
