Das Galerie provided us with UI/UX designs for our platform, using Figma to create them.

After contacting their director, we found out that they had a good skill set, so we hired them.

We spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of the engagement?

We worked together on this project in November 2022. Although this project has ended, our partnership with Das Galerie is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Das Galerie’s designs were great — we loved them. Moreover, the team met our expectations, and their work was up to our standards. Overall, we were very satisfied with our partnership, so I would give them perfect scores.

How did Das Galerie perform from a project management standpoint?

Das Galerie was responsive and available 24/7, and they delivered the project within the agreed timeline. Moreover, their communication was great. We communicated via email, phone, WhatsApp, and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Das Galerie’s skill set was impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing Das Galerie could have improved on.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Project Manager of a Real Estate company in Defence Colony, New Delhi and we deal in Lease/Sale/Purchase of high value properties in all prime areas of South Delhi.

For what projects/services did your company hire Das Galerie?

In order to increase our business and customer reach we decided to create an end to end service Prop-tech platform for our company but we were unable to find a team who would be able to help us refine the user flow as well as the right UI/UX design for custom based platform.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We searched online for the best UI/UX designers in our area and interviewed upwards of 7 teams/designers for this project. In the end we chose Das Galerie based on his previous projects/experience, level of understanding between our teams and their cost estimates.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Their team conducted several discovery calls to understand the scope of work as well as our vision for this project. They then moved on to charting out the different user flows required for our platform along with constant reviews and timely updates.

Once the user flow was confirmed their team immediately moved onto wireframing and giving us UI design choices for us to choose. once the theme was selected they completed the entire project screen screen for all users.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked directly with the head manager at Das Galerie, their user flow experts and the UI/UX designers.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The interactions with Mr. Pritam were very professional and he has gone out of his way to help us refine our platform. He has given us suggestions and knowledge regarding things outside of our scope of work.

What attracted us most to Das Galerie, i.e., Pritam and his team was their amazing attitude which proved right during the terms of the work being performed. I have no complaints from Das Galerie as all their work has been on time and with utmost care.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They lead Project manager was very easy to communicate with and provided me with timely updates. We had both online google meets as well as in-person meetings and there were no barriers in communications whatsoever.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their UI/UX skills were really amazing and they surprised me with their speed and creativity. They also have in depth knowledge about all the components & processes that goes into these kinds of projects and walked us through the entire way while we learned as well clearing any and all doubts our team might have had.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't really have any complaints from Das Galerie.
