Our work together has been very professional. The agency delivers monthly reports with the results obtained in the previous month and weekly plans for our current activities. They also observe the market and come up with ideas of how we can improve our presence, online and offline, as well. All reports presented by them respect all the deadlines agreed at the beginning of our contract.

We compared all our numbers before starting the partnership. On social media, the growth is very visible, and not only the numbers, but all the engagement on the pages. Our “look” in online was also improved with visuals/graphics much more modern.

The connection between us and the agency is perfect and very professional. We have a great Senior Account Manager allocated for us, with great knowledge of the brand and of the pastry market overall. They delivers all plans and reports on time, the agency was never late with anything we agreed upon. Our the Senior Account is also available via e-mail, or phone calls whenever a situation occurs and needs the support of the agency. We never had any problems or disagreements with them, so the level of professionalism is very high.
