We had several collaborators but Danco Vision proved to be the long time partner who best understood our needs, has been the most responsive and also has covered a lot of areas where we need support. We have a long collaboration going on.

First we went through a discovery phase, consolidating the brand. We were already collaborating but in 2021 we have been forced to stop communication due to unstable market conditions (in Romania and Europe) which ended in regulating the market. End of 2021 we set our goals for 2022, we decided on the directions to explore and how to rebuild our communication strategy in order to increase our consumer base as main target.

We built a budget with a clear view on channels and ambition conversion targets, in a market still recovering after a tough year. They assured that our SEO, Facebook, Google are properly invested in order to reach our main target families 30+. They also implement and optimize our social media presence (facebook, instagram, linkedin).

We work with an account manager (as single point of contact), the work is being distributed seaming less inside the agency. Having a single point of contact is a great advantage for us as it saves time, all the interaction & details are set from the beginning without ping pongs. The digital marketing campaign was very successful, driving best conversion ever, constantly growing rates. Results 4 times higher in conversion than previous campaign beginning 2021.

We have monthly strategy meetings, quarterly budget meetings and occasionally (every 2 weeks or whenever needed) direction calls where we analyze what was good, went wrong, what can we to to improve, what is new, where do we need to push a certain moment in time.

Since the energy sector is going through an unstable price situation, we often had to switch or divert from the initial plan. We have been treated with a lot of flexibility even in tough times, we managed together to reinvent and restructure our message in a coherent way.

Danco Vision offers a large range of services. They even helped with special acquisition requests not usually offered. If they find a solution they solve the problem. It is unique because we built a very good communication, they know us best, we feel that we are an important customer for them. Having working with them before in some other projects developed for other clients I knew their team and involvement into delivering based on our goals.

The work on our project started with identifying key options in improving our visibility. SEO came in front by researching and finding the correct keywords to target in specific markets. Once this was done we moved to optimizing pages for these specific keywords by writing relevant content and playing with the titles and descriptions. Next step was the long term work by publishing PR articles and gaining visibility and backlinks from specific niches and news outlets.

We have worked with two key individuals on this project, one SEO manager and one Client Account manager.

For some key EU markets like Romania, Germany, Italy we have managed to gain first page rankings for some long tail keywords which, while more limited in traffic compared to general searches, proved to be focused on conversion of customers, something we have been looking to achieve. We are now looking to replicate these results on several more markets in Europe.

We have been holding more meetings at the start of the project when new content needed implemented and pages changed. When we moved to brand awareness and PR, the meeting dropped to 2 month, which included reporting of previous work delivered and rank tracking, as well as deciding new keywords to target and make changes for.

SEO reports were well prepared, with rank tracking and key improvements to follow. With their consistent strategy, we managed to improve our conversions despite some economic uncertainties.

At times deliveries were delayed compared to what was scheduled, but I guess we are all dependent on deliveries from partners which can sometimes be slower than expected. Luckily at these time they managed to rebalance the work in next reporting term.

What challenge were you trying to address with Danco Vision?

We wanted to build an exchange platform for blockchain. We were working with a different vendor, but we were not entirely satisfied, so we started looking for a new development company. We also needed help with digital marketing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They used custom Java and PHP to develop the website. I wanted to build a completely custom website (I didn't want to use WordPress or any types of themes for security reasons). The unique web platform that they created enables the interface between blockchain itself and the website. They also developed a unique security system for this blockchain interface. As far as marketing goes, they wrote some blog posts and managed Google AdWords and Facebook pay per click campaigns for me.

We have a project manager, a development team, and a graphic design team that also does marketing for me.

We saw an increase in clicks through our digital campaigns and all the feedback we got has been extremely positive. They did some outstanding graphic designs and everyone who's used the platform loves how it functions.

They did an excellent job and made themselves available when I needed them. We mostly used Skype and phone to communicate.

I have no complaints. There was one time when we didn't meet the deadline, but they explained why that happened and it didn't affect me negatively.
