We’ve been working with them for 7 months and just turned over our Walmart store, which has been completely seamless. While BellaVix delivered exceptional results, there’s always room for growth. One area for improvement could be streamlining the onboarding process. Although thorough, it felt a bit overwhelming at first with so many moving parts. A more simplified or phased introduction might make it easier for new clients to get up to speed.

Additionally, while their communication was generally proactive, there were moments when we would have appreciated quicker follow-ups during high-pressure times, such as right before the product launch.

BellaVix has rebuilt our Amazon page, aiming to take it from a bare-bones basic page to a five-star top-shelf page. Selma has worked on the design, creating a theme, flow, and structure. I’ve given them a feeling and a theme that I wanted to start with, and they have been responsible for putting every piece of the puzzle in place. They’ve refined and edited my images. I’ve given them a mission statement, and they’ve been tasked with helping me edit it to make it come across professionally and fluidly. Previously, the page required multiple steps to purchase the product. BellaVix is working on finishing it up so that customers can use the swipe-to-buy feature.

Additionally, they have helped me with SEO. I've given them a few keywords that I thought were relevant, but they conducted research and came up with their own. They are also assisting me in setting up and structuring my Amazon ads so we can start promoting our website.

BellaVix has delivered a visually appealing website, streamlined the checkout process, and removed a lot of the friction when purchasing our products. My Amazon analytics show that the last seven days have been 150% better for my products than the previous seven days.

How did BellaVix perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve delivered the work on time and within budget. We’ve done a couple of small add-ons, and they’ve come to me first so I could approve them instead of including additional fees that I wouldn't have known about. They’ve told me what they think would be beneficial and how much it would cost. There haven’t been any surprises, and everything has been communicated back and forth very well.

We use Zoom, phone calls, regular email, and Slack for communication. We are also going to start using another app, but I can't remember its name.

BellaVix is basically our Amazon go-to expert. They have experience working with both the Amazon and Walmart platforms, but we mainly leverage their knowledge in building and scaling Amazon stores for us and doing everything that needs to be done for us to succeed.

For every product, we've provided BellaVix with the basic information from our manufacturer, including cues, product ingredients, and product specifications. Then, they take it from there and define all the keywords and listing content. We've also provided them with our brand guidelines, including our colors and messaging, for them to handle everything else.

As mentioned, BellaVix also has experience in Walmart as well. Recently, we've done a little work on Walmart, but we haven't fully launched our efforts there. Although we have been talking about it, our main focus is Amazon.

Whenever we've hit bumps in the road, BellaVix has made it very easy for us to keep our operations going month after month and resolve any issues that come up. Our total advertising costs have decreased substantially since we started working with them. We went from total advertising costs of 30%–35% to about 15%–18%. Also, we measure our growth in organic rank. For some of the high-volume search terms, we’re broken into the top three on Amazon. They’ve taken our best seller from the 100s to the low 40s, which is a positive movement.

How did BellaVix perform from a project management standpoint?

They always meet deadlines. For project management, we prefer email, but we also use Slack. Additionally, we do monthly calls and have a dashboard to look at the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We really like the consistency of the relationship. We’ve had one account manager for the last two years. It took a few months to ramp up, understand our product, and get on the same page about what the business needed, but it’s been a strong relationship since then. They have a great understanding of the product and how to reach our customers.

Secondly, we like that the PPC services have a decent value for money. BellaVix adapts their plans based on how many products we have. Other agencies have a flat fee, so we like their flexibility in pricing.

Our long-term account management is good value for money, but some ad hoc, project-based work is a bit expensive.

Their project management is great — they’re the most responsive and organized team we’ve ever worked with. Their team has a rolling call agenda that we refer to every time we have a call, and they also update reports throughout the month, which enables us to see a dashboard of how our ads are performing.

They genuinely care about our success, which is hard to get with external agencies — I can see that they’re invested in trying new things and helping us figure out what works within our space. In addition to that, their depth of experience is outstanding; they’re real Amazon experts, and we can see that they know what they’re doing within the platform and keep us up to date with every change that Amazon does to their algorithms and service offerings.

I’d love to see them push us a bit harder and share their experience directly from what they’ve done with other clients so we can see some of the blind spots that we may not even be aware of that might be holding back our growth.

BellaVix is very organized and constantly on top of things. They create PDF reports, so every part of the project is well documented. Additionally, they provide us with a to-do list that we need to check every two weeks. We have a biweekly call to touch base, and we use Slack to communicate.

Additionally, they’re very responsive and work as a team with us. If we have any issues, we can message them on Slack, and someone from their team will reply as soon as possible, even within minutes.

What did you find most impressive about them?

BellaVix has a lot of initiative; they’re performance-driven. The other company I worked with did their job well, but it felt that they were just crossing things off their to-do list. However, BellaVix’s strategists constantly come up with new initiatives to increase our sales, and they’re always up to date regarding Amazon information.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if BellaVix had an Amazon offering specialist, but other than that, they’ve done a great job.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you sign off a contract with BellaVix, it is good to spend time with them to get them familiarized with your product so that they can start offering it properly.
