Within the first few weeks of the app's release, there was a noticeable rise in requests to view properties and questions.  Additionally, we observed increased activity on our listings, with more people taking virtual tours and saving properties.  All things considered, the app helped us obtain more qualified leads and increased the speed at which customers could find what they were looking for.

Providing more thorough documentation at the conclusion of each development stage is one area where they could do better.  Although everything was provided successfully, our team's internal onboarding might have gone a little more smoothly if the technical details had been clearer from the start.  Overall, it had little effect on the result, but it could improve the procedure.
