Cyces. has developed an intelligent proactive database monitoring and alerting system. The team has automated manual database monitoring processes for 800+ customer servers. They've also implemented logic-based alerting capabilities and integrated communication tools like Slack and email. Moreover, Cyces. has built a scalable system to handle high volumes of alerts and tickets. In terms of features and functionalities, Cyces. has built scalable microservices and serverless architecture for handling high alert volumes. The team has also developed an intelligent ticket resolution system to reduce manual workload and prevent duplication. Additionally, Cyces. has created a proactive alerting system that identifies potential issues before they become problems. Other features include a support desk, automated resolution, configuration of alerts, and general database monitoring. One of the major features Cyces. has helped us with is building a monitoring agent and managing security. The team has also completed the system's build and implementation for our customer servers.
