CV Infotech developed a custom AI content generation and social media publishing platform for my business. The goal of the project was to take my existing educational content, product information, and images, then turn that raw material into fully formatted posts for Instagram and TikTok. I needed a streamlined system that could generate captions, on-screen copy, carousel-style content, video/post scripts, and image overlays while giving me the ability to review and edit everything before publishing. The platform also needed to integrate with AI models such as OpenAI and Claude, allow model selection and prompt adjustments, and support automated or one-click publishing to Instagram and TikTok through my own accounts. In addition, they built affiliate tracking into the platform, which made the project even more valuable for my business. The final result was much better than I anticipated. The platform is polished, thoughtfully built, and saves a tremendous amount of time by turning content that would normally require a lot of manual work into a much more automated workflow.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest measurable outcome was the amount of time the platform saved. What previously took a significant amount of manual work for every post can now be completed in just a few clicks. It streamlined my entire content creation and publishing workflow by generating AI-powered social media content, allowing me to review it, and publishing it directly to multiple platforms. The platform also standardized the quality and consistency of my content, making it much easier to produce educational posts at scale. The addition of affiliate tracking gave me the ability to measure partner performance and better understand which content and affiliates were driving results. Overall, the project exceeded the original scope of what I expected. The platform has become a core part of my content production process, allowing me to create and publish substantially more content with far less time and effort while maintaining a high level of quality.

Their project management was excellent throughout the entire engagement. They communicated clearly, kept me updated on progress, and were responsive whenever I had questions or requested changes. As the project evolved and new ideas came up, they were flexible and willing to implement improvements rather than simply sticking to the original specifications. They delivered milestones on time and were proactive about resolving any issues that arose. What stood out most was their attention to detail and commitment to getting things right. They didn't rush features just to mark them as complete; they took the time to make sure everything worked as expected. Even after the project was finished, they continued providing excellent support and were quick to address questions, refinements, and enhancements. That level of ongoing support is rare and gave me confidence that they genuinely cared about the long-term success of the project, not just completing the contract.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most was the quality of their work and their attention to detail. I've worked on software projects for more than 20 years, and many development teams focus on simply completing the requested features. CV Infotech took a different approach. They thought through the user experience, identified opportunities to improve the platform, and consistently delivered solutions that were better than I originally envisioned. I was also impressed by how much they cared about the final product. They weren't just writing code; they wanted the platform to be polished, reliable, and something they could be proud of. Combined with their excellent communication, responsiveness, and ongoing support after launch, it made them stand out from many other development companies I've worked with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Cyber Vision Infotech Pvt Ltd could have done differently?

Honestly, I don't have any major areas for improvement. If I had to mention one thing, it would simply be that their pricing was a little higher than some of the other companies I considered. However, after seeing the quality of the finished product, their attention to detail, and the level of ongoing support they provided, I believe it was money well spent. Looking back, I would make the same decision again.

We hired CV Infotech to develop a CRM tool that connects via an api to a website.

What were your goals for this project?

For our project we needed to develop a good online workflow. It's important that our commercial website and CRM are connected in order to guarantee a smooth workflow.

We talked to several developers in different countries. The communication with Akash was excellent from start. He gave us confidence that his company was perfect for the job. He gave us good answers, but more importantly he substantiated his answers, which gave us the impression he's knowledge was more then average and that is communication skills were excellent. And that was one of the mail reasons we wanted to work with CV Infotech, because we believe it's very important to have a good understanding with the developer.

Our commercial website and CRM are connected in order to guarantee a smooth workflow. We have an admin section, a client section and a section for potential clients. They also implemented an automated email marketing method which helped a lot. Further more we can always rely on them for advice.

What was the team composition?

In the beginning we communicated mainly with Akash. Over time we worked more and more with Sumitra who looks after our project. Just as Akash, she is always available and very easy to work with.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We are still in progress. Their development work is already done, but our commercial project is still in process. But their support is amazing. They help us every time we need, so it's very reassuring to know we have a solid partner behind us.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We communicate mainly via Whatsapp and sometimes via mail. As said before: because of the good communication, we never had an issue with the project management. As a client, we obviously have deadlines, but more important for me is that the work is done correctly and I'm very happy with the results.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their strengths are mainly their knowledge, but also their willingness to solve problems. Nothing is too much.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is not much to improve. From a client point of view, I think it's very important to think very good about your requirements and expectations so that you can communicatie very clearly what you want. Even the difference in time zone was never an issue.
