We hired CV Infotech to develop a CRM tool that connects via an api to a website.

What were your goals for this project?

For our project we needed to develop a good online workflow. It's important that our commercial website and CRM are connected in order to guarantee a smooth workflow.

How did you select this vendor?

We talked to several developers in different countries. The communication with Akash was excellent from start. He gave us confidence that his company was perfect for the job. He gave us good answers, but more importantly he substantiated his answers, which gave us the impression he's knowledge was more then average and that is communication skills were excellent. And that was one of the mail reasons we wanted to work with CV Infotech, because we believe it's very important to have a good understanding with the developer.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

Our commercial website and CRM are connected in order to guarantee a smooth workflow. We have an admin section, a client section and a section for potential clients. They also implemented an automated email marketing method which helped a lot. Further more we can always rely on them for advice.

What was the team composition?

In the beginning we communicated mainly with Akash. Over time we worked more and more with Sumitra who looks after our project. Just as Akash, she is always available and very easy to work with.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We are still in progress. Their development work is already done, but our commercial project is still in process. But their support is amazing. They help us every time we need, so it's very reassuring to know we have a solid partner behind us.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We communicate mainly via Whatsapp and sometimes via mail. As said before: because of the good communication, we never had an issue with the project management. As a client, we obviously have deadlines, but more important for me is that the work is done correctly and I'm very happy with the results.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their strengths are mainly their knowledge, but also their willingness to solve problems. Nothing is too much.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is not much to improve. From a client point of view, I think it's very important to think very good about your requirements and expectations so that you can communicatie very clearly what you want. Even the difference in time zone was never an issue.

They handled everything from setting up different sales channels to developing custom plugins that make store syncing much easier for vendors, they even created landing pages. Throughout the process, they’ve tackled every technical issue with patience and professionalism.
