Cybernest built our original website and has been maintaining and adding to it since 2014. They are also currently building a replacement website.

Every time we want to add new features to our site, Nouman and his team deliver quickly, efficiently and affordably.

Cybernest is a company of highly qualified and knowledgabel individuals. Our website is very complex, and Nouman and his team understand our needs and build everything that we ask of them. Nouman has never once told me that soemthing cannot be done. He always finds a way to do it.

They are also very repsonsive. Whenever a problem or concern arises, I am always contacted within 24 hours, and most of the time, I am contacted in less than 8 hours.

Like any company, Cyber Nest is not perfect. However they are receptive and responsive to feedback and have corrected course where and when needed.

We had Cyber Nest design and implement about a dozen custom email templates that are part of our web app.

How did you select this vendor?

We examined about 5 different vendors, in terms of expertise, cost, and great communication, Cyber Nest came out on top.

We had outdated email templates that were being sent to clients from our web app. Using some of the original content/wording, Cyber Nest created a few different designs, after narrowing down a design we liked, they were able to make the required changes. After rigorous testing, the templates were then implemented.

We primarily worked with Nouman, the Project Manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our company emails sent to clients are now more professional in appearance. Simple design along with necessary information is now visualized for a better client experience.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Great communication allowed input from us and feedback from Cyber Nest. Deadlines were met on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Great understanding of the work required, communication was amazing, can do both UI/UX.

Everything was done efficiently and with expertise.

We are a new SaaS tool for our industry. I am the founder.

For what projects/services did your company hire Cyber Nest, and what were your goals?

We hired Cyber Nest to help us build the web app from scratch. All we had were Figma UX/UI designs and some rough ideas. The goal was to create a working MVP within a year.

SOLUTION

How did you select Cyber Nest and what were the deciding factors?

We knew we wanted an off shore development group. We had interviewed with about 10 agencies and in the end it came down to comfort level. Spoke perfect english, dedicated resources, project plans and implementation plans, constant communication, flexible. They knew what they were talking about and they understood the vision I had created.

We had a kick off call to discuss the Figma designs as well as overall functionality. Had weekly deliverables and meetings. Ruby on rails, React. As we got deeper into the project the team brought me in on the back end. Became more involved using trello boards to track each feature and testing.

How many people from the Cyber Nest team worked with you, and what were their positions?

3 people worked with us. Nouman was the project manager, Raza is the lead developer and Mohsin is the front end developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

MVP has been created. Currently fixing bugs, adding new features and marketing the product. All expectations have been exceeded.

Email, slack, trello board, zoom. Most of the communication happens with slack and zoom. They are always available and answer any questions or needs quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very flexible. Not many firms could have built what we had asked for with as little information we provided. Their communication was above and beyond. They've met each deadline, and the finished product worked perfectly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Only area where I feel could be improved is resources. It would have been nice too had multiple back end developers dedicated to the app. Cut down on time to finished product.
