Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We received a fully customized configurator, built from the ground up using the Three.js WebGL library. The team created an intuitive UI, also seamlessly integrated it with our existing e-commerce infrastructure and existing complex price calculation logic. 

Additionally, the configurator was successfully connected to our custom-built E-Commerce platform based on TYPO3 CMS. As a final touch, we now have the capability to generate PDFs that include visualizations and a detailed Bill of Materials integrated with our ERP, enhancing our overall workflow.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We significantly increased sales of acrylic display boxes and successfully entered the B2C market. A key factor in our success was the ability to instantly estimate the cost of acrylic boxes, which greatly reduced the time spent on processing standard inquiries and enhanced our customer service efficiency.

Since this configurator is a closed system, we received it fully completed and integrated. The task was delivered within the previously established deadlines. The development process was managed in an Agile manner, with all details reviewed and discussed on a weekly basis, and even daily when necessary. Our requests and changes were promptly addressed and seamlessly integrated into the development, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness throughout the project.
