Unsatisfactory website design, logo was also inadequate, and no marketing was done.

No. The project dragged on for months and project team members kept changing. In addition, I discovered during the course of the project that team members were using fake names, which suggests that they were all illegal aliens. 

The main contact person gave his name as Allan B., but later on, I suspected that he was from either India or Pakistan. He lied to me about doing the social media marketing but never did anything. He refused to respond to my text or phone calls. The money has been kept and he is not willing to refund the marketing portion of the fee, which is $675 for three months of service.

This company is scamming and should be reported to proper authorities. They stole my money and I would recommend others not to do any business with this company.

Yes. They should be honest when dealing with customers. They should listen to customers' needs instead of just pocketing their money. I want my money back!
