We partnered with Currit Rota Co., Ltd. to transport oversized metal components from an industrial park near Chonburi, Thailand, to Ulsan, South Korea. The cargo, which was over 4 meters wide, required specialized handling and tight delivery deadlines. Currit Rota managed the entire logistics process, including inland transport, port handling at Laem Chabang, and ocean freight coordination.

While there were some delays with paperwork at the Korean end, their operations team remained in constant communication and resolved the issues efficiently without escalating the situation. The team’s consistent communication and well thought out route planning ensured the project stayed on track.

Our assigned manager, Khun Kanya, was particularly helpful, staying in the loop and proactively addressing all our technical questions. Compared to larger logistics providers, Currit Rota’s flexibility and quick response times made them a perfect fit for our needs. Despite a few challenges, they were reliable, professional, and we would definitely consider working with them again for similar projects.

We collaborated with Currit Rota Co., Ltd. on a logistics project that was moderately complex: moving large metal parts from an industrial park close to Chonburi to Ulsan, South Korea. Because of its size (more than 4 meters wide) and the short delivery window, the item needed special treatment.

Overall, the process went nicely. Their group coordinated the ocean freight, port operations at Laem Chabang, and inland transportation with efficiency. The operations staff maintained close communication and assisted in resolving the issues without escalation, despite some delays caused by paperwork on the Korean end.

The route planning was thoughtful, and communication was generally constant. We would especially want to thank Khun Kanya, our designated manager, who kept us informed and quickly addressed any technical concerns we had.

Currit Rota was more adaptable and responsive than some of the bigger competitors, which was just what our project required. They weren't perfect, but they were trustworthy and competent. We might think about collaborating with them once more on related projects.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Currit Rota Co.,Ltd. could have done differently?

Enhancing their initial paperwork process to prevent delays at the destination port is one area where Currit Rota could improve; a more proactive approach to making sure all documentation is handled smoothly in advance would help minimize last-minute issues. Nevertheless, this was a minor inconvenience, and overall, their professionalism and responsiveness made up for it.
