Cumulative Software Technologies LLP has developed a customized website according to our exact requirements. The team has built the UI and admin panel from the ground up. Moreover, they've advised and consulted us to offer recommendations on how we could improve the website, which has contributed immensely to the final deliverable. Regarding the mobile app, we initially worked with another vendor on the build-out for many months.
However, due to some issues with that vendor and having already had a very positive experience with Cumulative Software Technologies LLP in our website build-out, we moved the mobile app development to Joshi (CEO) and his team. After working with multiple vendors who couldn't deliver the highly customized website we wanted to build, we finally found a partner in Cumulative Software Technologies LLP. They've understood our requirements and delivered the website end-to-end, which has helped form the basis for our future marketing and SEO efforts.
Regarding the mobile app, after having issues with the previous vendor, Cumulative Software Technologies LLP has taken ownership of the app and helped us finalize the development to have a market-ready product for launch. We've run lots of UAT and internal testing on the product, and the app's quality has been noted as very high.

CumulativeApps developed and continues to support our custom online booking platform for ferry travel in the Seychelles. The project included the development of the customer-facing booking application, backend functionality and APIs, integration with ferry operators and payment providers, and the implementation of our booking, reservation and voucher workflows.

Key deliverables included a responsive booking process for desktop and mobile, handling of multiple routes and travel classes, transfer bookings, customer and reservation management, payment integration, automated booking documents and transactional processes, as well as ongoing maintenance, bug fixes and feature development.

The platform is a business-critical system for us and processes bookings between Mahé, Praslin and La Digue across multiple languages. CumulativeApps has supported both the initial development and the continuous improvement of the system as our requirements have grown.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

CumulativeApps successfully launched our ferry and transfer booking platform, which is now a core part of our business. The platform reliably handles bookings across multiple routes, travel classes, currencies and languages, including payments, transfers and automated booking documents.

The system has also allowed us to automate large parts of the reservation process and significantly reduce the amount of manual work required to process bookings.
